Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, control information indicating of a first set of occasions for periodic transmissions and a second set of occasions for periodic transmissions, where an occasion of the first set of occasions is mapped to one or more occasions of the second set of occasions. The UE may transmit a first message during the first set of occasions, receive a feedback message indicating a failure of the first message to be received during the first set of occasions, and transmit a retransmission of the first message on one or more occasions of the second set of occasions. The transmission may be based on the feedback message and in accordance with the mapping between the first set of occasions and the second set of occasions.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication. The techniques include a method wireless communication by a user equipment including receiving a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) from a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second PDCCH from a second TRP, wherein the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH include the same downlink control information (DCI), selecting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for transmitting hybrid automatic repeated request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) feedback based on one of the first PDCCH or the second PDCCH, and transmitting a PUCCH that includes the HARQ-ACK feedback using the selected PUCCH resource.

Abstract: Method and apparatus to generate a HARQ-ACK codebook for a delayed PUCCH transmission for a future valid occasion. The apparatus determines that a scheduled transmission of a first UCI in a first PUCCH is within a first slot including invalid symbols for transmission. The apparatus configures a second UCI in a second PUCCH within a second slot subsequent to the first slot. The apparatus generates a feedback codebook including the second UCI and the first UCI. The apparatus transmits the feedback codebook in the second PUCCH within the second slot.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting user equipment (UE) or a receiving UE may receive a message indicating a set of formats for a sidelink feedback channel. The transmitting UE may transmit a sidelink control message and a sidelink data message to the receiving UE, and the receiving UE may generate feedback for the sidelink data message. The receiving UE may transmit, to the transmitting UE, a sidelink feedback message including the feedback using a set of resources of the sidelink feedback channel based on a format of the set of formats. The format may correspond to a time domain configuration, a frequency domain configuration, or both, that indicates the set of resources. In some examples, the receiving UE may receive (e.g., from the base station or the transmitting UE an indication of a format to use for the feedback message.

A UE may receive control signaling that indicates that the UE is scheduled to transmit a first uplink control channel message during first time domain resources and a first uplink shared channel message during second time domain resources, and the time domain resources may overlap. The UE may identify that the UE includes a UE capability to simultaneously transmit uplink control channel and uplink shared channel messages. Abstract: A UE receives control signaling that indicates that the UE is scheduled to transmit one or more uplink control channel messages on a first component carrier that overlap in a time domain with one or more uplink shared channel messages scheduled for transmission on a second component carrier. The UE resolves a first overlap of uplink control channels having a same priority level, if present, and resolves, after resolving the first overlap, a second overlap of an uplink control channel and at least one uplink shared channel having the same priority level, if present. The UE resolves two or more channels having a different priority level after resolving the first overlap and the second overlap. The UE transmits one or more uplink transmissions including at least one of the one or more uplink control channel messages and the one or more uplink shared channel messages.
