    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) transmits one or more positioning capability reports to a location server, the one or more positioning capability reports including a first set of values for a set of positioning capability parameters and a second set of values for the set of positioning capability parameters, wherein the first set of values indicate variable positioning capabilities of the UE represented by the set of positioning capability parameters, and wherein the second set of values indicate non-variable positioning capabilities of the UE represented by the set of positioning capability parameters.

    Abstract: Techniques are discussed herein identify transmission strategies and to communicate those identified transmission strategies in a transparent communication environment. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may identify a new transmission strategy for a downlink channel different from a current transmission strategy for the down link channel. The UE may transmit a channel state information (CSI) message that includes an indication of the new transmission strategy identified by the UE. In some examples, a base station may identify the new transmission strategy for the downlink channel. The base station may transmit a codebook subset restriction (CSR) indicator that includes an indication of the new transmission strategy identified by the base station. In some examples, the UE may modify its feedback strategy based on the new transmission strategy.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a location of a reference UE is obtained (e.g., iteratively). A first differential RTT measurement is determined based on RTTs between a target UE and each of first and second wireless nodes, and a second differential RTT measurement is determined based on RTTs between a reference UE and each of the first and second wireless nodes. A positioning estimate of the target UE is determined based on the first and second differential RTT measurements and the obtained reference UE location (e.g., a most recent of the iteratively obtained reference UE locations). In another aspect, a primary reference UE among a plurality of reference UEs is selected, and its location is obtained (e.g., iteratively). A location of other reference UE(s) is determined based at least in part upon the obtained primary reference UE location (e.g., a most recent of the iteratively obtained primary reference UE locations).

    Abstract: The techniques described herein provide procedures at user equipment (UEs) for performing channel state information (CSI) reporting and sounding reference signal (SRS) transmissions based on an ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC) block error rate (BLER) target and for reliably receiving PDCCH transmissions. For CSI reporting, a UE may be configured to generate a CSI report based on a BLER target and on received CSI reference signals (CSI-RSs), where the CSI-RSs may be transmitted on one or more groups of quasi co-located antenna ports. For SRS transmissions, a UE may be configured to transmit SRS based on an SRS configuration determined based on a BLER target. For receiving PDCCH transmissions, a UE may be configured to receive and combine DCI received from multiple base stations.
