    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may identify that a band is associated with a first numerology and a second numerology for synchronization, and/or perform a synchronization scan to identify a synchronization signal block using stored data, wherein the stored data includes data regarding a plurality of frequency locations of the band, and wherein the synchronization scan is performed with regard to a first set of frequency locations, of the plurality of frequency locations, associated with the first numerology, and wherein the synchronization scan is performed with regard to a second set of frequency locations, of the plurality of frequency locations, associated with the second numerology, wherein the second set of frequency locations includes a proper subset of frequency locations of the plurality of frequency locations.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may output a channel state information (CSI) report message that indicates multiple codebook configurations. A UE may receive the CSI report message indicating a set of codebook configurations associated with a set of antenna port configurations. The UE may transmit a CSI report indicating one or more codebook configurations of the set of codebook configurations, where CSI included in the CSI report is based on the one or more codebook configurations. The UE may then communicate with a network entity based on the channel state information report indicating the one or more codebook configurations.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) codebook configuration for wireless downlink communications. A user equipment or a scheduled entity receives a reference signal (channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) and transmits a CSI report based on the reference signal. The CSI report includes a rank indicator configured to indicate one or more ranks among multiple ranks corresponding to multiple antenna panels associated with the reference signal, and a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) corresponding to a codebook for the plurality of antenna panels. In some examples, a first rank of the multiple ranks is different from a second rank of the plurality of ranks. In other examples, a first antenna panel of the multiple antenna panels having a different number of antenna ports than a second antenna panel of the multiple antenna panels. A non-terrestrial network (NTN) device (e.g., a satellite, base station) may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), at a first frequency a synchronization signal block (SSB) that indicates a second frequency of a control resource set (CORESET) relative to the SSB, where the second frequency is based on one or more of: a CORESET bandwidth, a combination of a first parameter associated with a first portion of the SSB and a second parameter associated with a second portion of the SSB, or both.
