    Abstract: The present invention teaches a signal processing method and a signal processing device for simplifying TCON. The method includes the steps of: receiving a low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) signal and decoding the LVDS signal to obtain TCON signal width, period, and look-up table. The LVDS signal includes a clock signal and five data signals. TCON parameters are encoded in the empty differential pairs in the first bits of the last two data signals within continuous cycles. The TCON parameters include TCON signal width, period, and look-up table. By the present invention, TCON obtains TCON parameters from LVDS in a same sequence as they are stored in prior art's EEPROM. TCON resource is as such saved, and an external EEPROM may be omitted for lower production cost, under identical operation condition.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a TFT substrate uses a top gate structure and the entire process can be completely done with seven masks. The number of masks used is reduced. The manufacturing process of a TFT substrate is simplified. Product yield can be increased to effectively improve productivity. Heavy and light ion doping can be simultaneously achieved with one single doping operation so that manufacturing cost can be reduced. By subjecting two ends of a semiconductor pattern to heavy ion doping to form a source electrode and a drain electrode, the manufacturing steps can be reduced and the source electrode and the drain electrode so formed do not need to extend through a via hole formed in an interlayer dielectric layer to contact the two ends of the active layer thereby effectively reducing contact resistance and improving product yield. Also provided is a TFT substrate manufactured with the method.

    Abstract: A method of prolonging a lifetime of a display includes monitoring a display time period of a displaying image; determine whether the display time period of the display image is not less than a predetermined time period; and lowering a resolution of the displaying image if the display time period of the display image is not less than the predetermined time period. A display is also provided. By using the display and the method of prolonging lifetime of the display according to the present embodiment, the requirement energy of displaying image is greatly reduced, thereby saving cost. In addition, all of the pixels are alternately applied to data voltage to display during displaying frames. Accordingly, a lifetime of each of pixels and the display are prolonged.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a driving method and a driving device of display devices. The driving device includes an image input unit, an image analyzing unit, an image processing unit, and an image output unit. The image input unit receives image data of each frames to be displayed in sequence. The image analyzing unit divides the received image data of the frame into a plurality of display areas, and calculates pixel grayscale values of the display areas to determine adjustment coefficients of each of the display areas to lower down the pixel grayscale values of the display areas. The image processing unit combines all of the display areas after adjusting the pixel grayscale values to form driving data of the current frame. The image output unit 40 outputs the driving data of the current frame to drive the current frame to be displayed.
