    摘要: A robot apparatus includes a clamp mechanism; a transport mechanism; and a control unit. The clamp mechanism includes a first finger that has a first support surface and a housing portion and a second finger. The first support surface supports an aligned wire group that includes a plurality of wires, the housing portion includes a guide wall that is connected to the first support surface and regulates an amount of movement of the band member in a width direction. The second finger has a second support surface facing the first support surface and a facing portion being connected to the second support surface and facing the housing portion. The transport mechanism is capable of moving the clamp mechanism. The control unit controls a grip force of the clamp mechanism and a direction of movement of the clamp mechanism by the transport mechanism.

The electronic port includes a receptacle, a bracket, a biasing member, and a fastener. The receptacle includes a plurality of retainers to releasably hold a connector of the electronic plug, when the electronic plug is detachably coupled to the electronic port. The bracket is disposed around the receptacle. The bracket has a plurality of locking elements and a pillar having a counter bore. The plurality of locking elements is aligned with the plurality of retainers. The fastener is projected into the pillar through an enclosure, where the fastener is fastened into the counter bore of the pillar to allow a vertical movement of the bracket along a first direction for engaging the plurality of locking elements with the plurality of retainers.

    摘要: An electrical connector assembly includes a receptacle housing having a retaining device with a coupling hook portion and a plug housing configured to be mated and locked with the receptacle housing. The plug housing has a lever movable from a first position in which the plug housing and the receptacle housing are unlocked to a second position in which the plug housing is locked with the receptacle housing. The lever is rotatably mounted about a shaft arranged in and passing through the plug housing. The coupling hook portion is configured to engage with the shaft and, in the second position, the shaft is in abutment with the coupling hook portion to positively lock the plug housing and the receptacle housing together.

    摘要: A coupler couples a first connector with a second connector wherein each of the connectors is coupled to exactly two electrical conductors. Each coupler can be utilized in a shielded (e.g., metal) or non-shielded (e.g. non-metal) form as appropriate to a specific application. Each coupler includes exactly one pair of pin contacts, preferably with a square or rectangular cross- section. Each end of the pin contacts includes four tapered faces that join at a flattened apex and are configured to be received by the tuning fork contact of the connector. The pair of pin contacts are offset from one another and cross one another within the coupler to maintain electrical polarity as electricity travels from the tuning fork contacts of a first connector to the pin contacts of the coupler and onward to the tuning fork contacts of a second connector.

The heatsink may be pivotably coupled to a second end of the lever opposite the first end. The heatsink may be movable in a translation direction transverse to the longitudinal axis. The heatsink may be translatable between a first position outside of the longitudinal recess and a second position partially inside the longitudinal recess.

    摘要: A docking system for facilitating a connection of an electronics module to a mating connector comprises first and second rails. Each rail has an elongated guide slot for receiving a corresponding guide portion of the electronics module during sliding movement of the electronics module toward the mating connector. A first elastic structure is located on the first rail. The first elastic structure has a first engagement portion extending into the elongated guide slot of the first rail. A second elastic structure is located on the second rail. The second elastic structure has a second engagement portion extending into the elongated guide slot of the second rail. The first engagement portion and the second engagement portion are configured to engage the guide portions of the electronics module and to resist movement of the guide portions in a direction generally perpendicular to the sliding movement of the electronics module.
