摘要: A high-pressure float valve for positioning downhole within a well to control fluid flow includes a valve cage having a pair of side seal grooves each for receiving an exterior elastomeric seal therein and a plurality of cutouts provided on the top end of the valve cage. The valve cage can undergo nitride heat treatment and the internal components are made from 1018 hot rolled steel. The dimensions of a Model 5RF plunger-type valve and Model 5RG flapper-type float valve can be modified to meet the high pressure of a 10 ksi rating.

摘要: The present invention provides an exhaust gas pressure control valve which allows discharge of exhaust gases from entire cross-sectional area of the exhaust gas pipeline when the exhaust gas pressure control valve completely. An exhaust gas pressure control valve is mounted on a gas pipeline having a first cross-section where exhaust gas from engine communicates and disposed upstream or downstream of a muffler. The exhaust gas pressure control valve comprises: a housing having a first cross-sectional surface and a second cross-sectional surface larger than the first surface and connected to the gas pipelines for communicating the exhaust gas; the valve axis supported along the second cross-section not overlapping with the first cross-section when viewed from the flowing direction, the valve axis supported by the housing in a crossing direction to the flowing direction; and a valve element connected to the valve axis and adjusts flow of the exhaust gas communicating to the gas pipeline.

A number of support surfaces (20-22) corresponds to a number of valve flaps (16-18). Each valve flap (16-18) is adapted to a surface of a respective support surface (20-22). The support surfaces (20-22) are sloped in relation to a cross-sectional surface through the valve housing (12). The support surfaces (20-22) together form a tip pointing in the flow direction of the respirator directional valve (10). A method for manufacturing such a respirator directional valve (10) is provided including method features relating to the use of such a respirator directional valve (10).

摘要: A check valve comprises an annular housing defining a generally circular opening. A plurality of radially extending arms extend across the circular opening from the centre of the valve housing to respective nodes at the periphery of the valve housing. A plurality of cross arms extend between circumferentially adjacent nodes, thereby dividing the circular opening into a plurality of primary, generally triangular radially inner openings and a plurality of secondary, generally segment shaped radially outer openings. 摘要: The present invention relates to a back pressure flap valve arrangement (1) comprising a housing (2) having an inlet opening (3) and an outlet opening (4). A flap (7) is pivotably hinged about a shaft (8) extending transverse a flow direction through the housing (2). A lever (10) is rigidly connectable to the shaft (8) and forming an angle thereto. The lever (10) has a stop face (11) arranged at a distance from the connection between the lever (10) and the shaft (8) such that the stop face (11) is arranged to move along an arc shaped path when the flap (7) pivots about said shaft (8). The arrangement (1) further comprises a stopper (12) having a slot (14) having an open end (16) and a longitudinal extension along a center line (CL) of the slot (14). The stopper has a first deformation zone (19) along a first side of the slot and a second deformation zone (20) along a second side of the slot, opposite the first side of the slot. The slot (14) is arranged to receive the stop face (11) and allow the stop face (11) to move in the slot (14) in the longitudinal extension thereof while engaging said first and second deformation zones (19, 20).

摘要: Provided is a duct damper comprising: a hollow housing provided inside the duct so as to enable ventilation; a blocking plate provided in the housing and opening and closing the hollow; a fastener detachably fixing the blocking plate to the housing; and shape maintaining members respectively provided on the sides of the blocking plate so as to respectively maintain half of the shape formed by the blocking plate. According to the present invention, even if both sides of the blocking plate are bent with a center bar as an axis, since the shape maintaining members half and half support the both sides of the blocking plate, respectively, so as to maintain the shape, vibrations are not generated at either side of the blocking plate, thereby preventing noise.
