Abstract: A signal acquisition system configured to track a physiologic signal of a person includes a first accelerometer having a first accelerometer channel configured to obtain information of a physiologic signal. The physiologic signal is obtained extracorporeally. A control circuit receives data from the first accelerometer channel to identify, using at least one harmonic template, a base frequency of the physiologic signal. The system applies a filter to establish a tracking signal initialized with the identified base frequency and stores and/or transmits the tracking signal as a representation of the physiologic signal. The system alternatively performs filtration and estimation operations to extract physiologic information including heart rate, heart rate variability, and respiration rate from the physiologic signal.

Abstract: A method of processing an electrocardiogram signal by an electrocardiogram signal processing device including at least one processor is provided. The method includes calculating one or more time intervals between peaks of an electrocardiogram signal, determining peaks having time interval less than a preset first value as a first abnormal period of the electrocardiogram signal, and determining whether or not the electrocardiogram signal without the first abnormal period is abnormal by comparing the electrocardiogram signal without the first abnormal period with a pattern of a preset region having a measurement time of an R peak of a normal electrocardiogram signal using a similarity determination method. The preset first value is set by using an average value of time intervals between normal R-peaks.

Abstract: Disclosed are a state information determination method and device, and a control method and device, which relate to the field of medical data processing technologies. The state information determination method includes: determining, based on a preset analysis time interval, a state evaluation parameter corresponding to a subject to be tested; and determining, based on the state evaluation parameter, first state information corresponding to the subject to be tested. The state evaluation parameter includes at least one of a first heart-rate characterization parameter, a first heart-rate variability characterization parameter, a second heart-rate characterization parameter, and a second heart-rate variability characterization parameter. The first heart-rate characterization parameter and the first heart-rate variability characterization parameter correspond to a first time interval, and the second heart-rate characterization parameter and the second heart-rate variability characterization parameter correspond to a second time interval. Accuracy and comparability at different times of determined first state information are improved.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for detecting arrhythmias in cardiac activity. The methods and systems declare a current beat, from the CA signals, to be a candidate beat or an ineligible beat based on whether the current beat satisfies the rate based selection criteria. The determining and declaring operations are repeated for multiple beats to form an ensemble of candidate beats. The method and system calculate a P-wave segment ensemble from the ensemble of candidate beats, perform a morphology-based comparison between the P-wave segment ensemble and at least one of a monophasic or biphasic template, declare a valid P-wave to be present within the CA signals based on the morphology-based comparison, and utilize the valid P-wave in an arrhythmia detection process to determine at least one of an arrhythmia entry, arrhythmia presence or arrhythmia exit.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to methods for measuring one or more physiological signals while the user is engaged in a predetermined activity. Exemplary predetermined activities can include activities such as walking, climbing stairs, biking, and the like. The physiological measurements can include, but are not limited to, heart rate signals. The physiological measurements may be affected by the predetermined activity, so the system may be configured to employ one or more criteria prior to measuring physiological information to minimize the effects. The one or more criteria can include, but are not limited to, an inter-sampling waiting time, continuous motion criteria, predetermined activity criteria, a post-physiological measurement amount of time, and a confidence value. The continuous motion criteria can be based on the type of predetermined activity. For example, walking may have walking state criteria and a step count criteria.
