    Abstract: A refrigerator having a carbonated water production device, according to one concept of the present invention, comprises: a pressure regulator for adjusting and emitting the pressure of carbon dioxide emitted from a carbon dioxide cylinder; a solenoid switch valve for controlling the supply of the carbon dioxide discharged from the pressure regulator to a carbonated water tank; a connection channel for connecting the pressure regulator and the solenoid switch valve; and a relief valve arranged in the connection channel so as to discharge the carbon dioxide of the connection channel to the atmosphere if the pressure of the carbon dioxide of the connection channel is greater than a predetermined pressure limit. Thus, the pressure of the carbon dioxide of the connection channel is capable of being maintained at a predetermined pressure limit or less, and solenoid malfunction can be prevented so as to improve reliability and stability of a system.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a refrigerator including a sliding bar provided in each of a pair of doors and that moves between standby and contact positions to which the sliding bar moves from the standby position to seal a gap between the doors, and a moving device that operates the sliding bar in linkage with operations of opening and closing the doors, wherein the moving device includes a lever that is pressed by the main body and rotatably provided inside the doors to transmit a pressing force in a direction different from a direction in which the lever is pressed by the main body, and a sliding link that operates in linkage with rotation of the lever and configured so that the sliding bar moves between the standby position and the contact position. Through this configuration, the refrigerator minimizes noise related to opening and closing the doors and improves insulation performance.

The middle hinge module includes a hinge member fixed to a main body, a casing rotatably coupled to the hinge member and configured to rotate with a door, a shaft accommodated in the casing and coupled to the hinge member, a cam member disposed on the shaft and configured to convert rotational movement of the door into vertical linear movement, a compression spring disposed on the cam member and configured to be compressed by vertical linear movement of the cam member, and a height adjustment screw, an upper portion of which is coupled to a lower portion of the shaft to adjust a height of the door.
