    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a main area and a sensor area. Sensor devices overlap the sensor area of the display panel in a thickness direction of the display panel. The display panel includes first subpixels, which are disposed in the sensor area, and second subpixels, which are disposed in the main area. The number of transistors of each of the first subpixels is different from the number of transistors of each of the second subpixels.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display device is provided. The liquid crystal display device of the disclosure includes: a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other; a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a column spacer disposed on the first substrate and maintaining a gap between the first substrate and the second substrate; a light blocking pattern disposed on the first substrate and including an extended portion formed around the column spacer; and light blocking metal overlapped with at least a part of a region adjacent to and outside of a boundary of the extended portion that is not parallel to an alignment direction of liquid crystal molecules.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) is provided. a liquid crystal display comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate that are opposite to each other; a liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate; a light blocking pattern including a first light blocking pattern and a second light blocking pattern arranged to extend along one direction on the first substrate; and a column spacer formed on the first light blocking pattern on the first substrate, wherein the light blocking pattern includes an open portion disposed between the first light blocking pattern and the second light blocking pattern, and formed to be spaced apart from the column spacer for a predetermined distance.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel each displaying a different color. A first data line is positioned between the first pixel and the second pixel, and a second data line is positioned between the second pixel and the third pixel. A first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, and a third pixel electrode are respectively positioned in the first, second, and third pixels. An interval between the first pixel electrode and the first data line is larger than an interval between the second pixel electrode and the first data line. An interval between the second pixel electrode and the second data line is smaller than an interval between the third pixel electrode and the second data line.

    Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate, a ground electrode disposed on the first substrate, a thin film transistor disposed on the first substrate, a first passivation layer disposed on the thin film transistor, a light blocking member, and a color filter disposed on the first passivation layer.
