    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate, a scan line on the substrate for transferring a scan signal, a data line crossing the scan line and for transferring a data signal, a driving voltage line crossing the scan line and for transferring a driving voltage, a switching thin film transistor coupled to the scan line and the data line, a driving thin film transistor coupled to a switching drain electrode of the switching thin film transistor, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) coupled to a driving drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor, wherein a driving semiconductor layer of the driving thin film transistor is bent and in a plane substantially parallel to the substrate.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including pixels, a data driver configured to provide a data signal and an emission voltage to the pixels through the data lines, a scan driver configured to provide a scan signal to the pixels through the scan lines, a power voltage provider configured to provide a high power voltage to the pixels through a high power voltage line and to provide a low power voltage to the pixels through a low power voltage line, and a timing controller configured to generate control signals that control the data driver and the scan driver. The display panel includes a power controller that determines whether the data line is coupled to the high power voltage line or to the low power voltage line.

    Abstract: A thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate includes: a substrate; a first insulation layer on the substrate; a capacitor including a lower electrode on the first insulation layer, and an upper electrode arranged to overlap with the whole lower electrode and having an opening, and the upper electrode is insulated from the lower electrode by a second insulation layer; an inter-layer insulation film covering the capacitor; a node contact hole in the inter-layer insulation film and the second insulation layer, and within the opening; and a connection node on the inter-layer insulation film and electrically coupling the lower electrode and at least one TFT to each other through the node contact hole.

    Abstract: A pixel capable of stably compensating for a threshold voltage is disclosed. The pixel includes an organic light emitting diode (OLED), a driving transistor having a gate electrode, a source electrode, and first and second drain electrodes. The pixel also has a plurality of second transistors serially coupled between the first drain electrode and a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and a node electrically coupled to the second drain electrode and to each of the second transistors.
