Abstract: Aspects are directed towards activating out-of-order delivery (OOOD) on a user equipment (UE). An application programming interface (API) on the UE may set one or more configuration parameters for IP flows from the wireless network. The UE may then measure the IP flows from the wireless network, traffic flow templates (TFTs), and/or quality-of service flows (QFI) to identify measured IP flows from the wireless network meet the one or more configuration parameters. The UE may then activate OOOD for the IP flows from the wireless network that meet the one or more configuration parameters.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may operate, in connection with a secondary cell group (SCG) for multiple radio access technology dual connectivity, in one of an SCG dormant state in a dormant downlink bandwidth part (BWP) configured for a primary secondary cell of the SCG or an SCG enhanced dormant state in an enhanced dormant downlink BWP configured for the primary secondary cell. The UE may receive a control message associated with activating the SCG for the UE, the control message indicating a BWP switch for the UE. The UE may switch, in connection with receiving the control message, from one of the dormant downlink BWP or the enhanced dormant downlink BWP to an activated downlink BWP in which the UE operates in an SCG activated state. Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may detect radio link failure on a master cell group. Accordingly, the UE may determine a state of a secondary cell group (SCG). Additionally, the UE may initiate activation of the SCG based at least in part on the state of the SCG. For example, the activation of the SCG may be initiated based at least in part on the state being a deactivated state, a dormant state, or an enhanced dormant state. Accordingly, the UE may transmit master cell group (MCG) failure recovery information over the SCG and receive, on the SCG, MCG reconnection information. Numerous other aspects are provided.

A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes obtaining an indication to change at least one of a minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or a bandwidth for receiving a first transmission on a BWP; changing the at least one of the minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay to a new minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or the bandwidth on the BWP to a new bandwidth; and receiving the first transmission on the BWP using the at least one of the new minimum control-channel-to-data-channel delay or the new bandwidth of the BWP.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to mechanisms for securely communicating broadcast information related to cell access within a secure cell. The broadcast information may be encrypted using a cell-specific broadcast key that may be derived from a broadcast root key that is refreshed periodically. A wireless communication device may obtain the broadcast root key via a secure connection with a provisioning server or core network node within a core network maintaining the broadcast root key or a long term key from which the broadcast root key may be derived. The cell-specific broadcast key may be derived using a key derivation function of the broadcast root key and at least cell identifying information associated with the secure cell.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for detecting outlier cells based on positioning of a user equipment (UE). In an aspect, the UE or a location server determines a plurality of cells detectable by the UE, calculates a plurality of location estimates for the UE based on positioning measurements of a corresponding plurality of subsets of the plurality of cells, identifies a subset of cells that provides a best location estimate for the UE, wherein the best location estimate maximizes a set of inlier cells, calculates a final location estimate for the UE based on positioning measurements of the subset of cells and the set of inlier cells, identifies any remaining cells of the plurality of cells other than the subset of cells and the set of inlier cells as at least one outlier cell, and performs a mitigation operation based on identifying the at least one outlier cell.

A packet includes the payload for wireless transmission from the first device to the second device via a shared channel.
