    摘要: A multilayer feedthrough capacitor array is provided with a capacitor element, and first to sixth terminal electrodes. The capacitor element has a plurality of laminated insulator layers, a first signal internal electrode and a first ground internal electrode disposed so as to face each other with the insulator layer in between, and a second signal internal electrode and a second ground internal electrode disposed so as to face each other with the insulator layer in between. The first signal internal electrode includes a first signal lead portion electrically and physically connected to the first terminal electrode, and a second signal lead portion electrically and physically connected to the second terminal electrode. The first ground internal electrode includes a first ground lead portion electrically and physically connected to the fifth terminal electrode, and a second ground lead portion electrically and physically connected to the sixth terminal electrode. The second signal internal electrode includes a third signal lead portion electrically and physically connected to the third terminal electrode, and a fourth signal lead portion electrically and physically connected to the fourth terminal electrode. The second ground internal electrode includes a third ground lead portion electrically and physically connected to the fifth terminal electrode, and a fourth ground lead portion electrically and physically connected to the sixth terminal electrode. The first signal internal electrode and the second ground internal electrode are disposed so as not to face each other with the insulator layer in between, and the second signal internal electrode and the first ground internal electrode are disposed so as not to face each other with the insulator layer in between.

The capacitor element includes a support made of a valve metal, and an anode and a cathode provided on the support. Anode and cathode lead conductors connected to the anode and the cathode are provided on a first principal surface of the support, and anode and cathode lands are formed on a second principal surface. A conductive portion passing through the board electrically connects either the anode lead conductor to the anode land or the cathode lead conductor to the cathode land.

    摘要: The multilayer capacitor comprises a multilayer body and first and second terminal electrodes disposed on side faces of the multilayer body. The multilayer body is formed by alternately laminating a first internal electrode layer and a second internal electrode layer, with a dielectric layer interposed. The first internal electrode layer has a first internal electrode which extends so as to be extracted to a first side face, and a second internal electrode which extends so as to be extracted to a third side face. The second internal electrode layer has a third internal electrode which extends so as to be extracted to a second side face and a fourth internal electrode which extends so as to be extracted to a fourth side face. A first capacitance component is formed by the second internal electrode and the fourth internal electrode. A second capacitance component is formed by the first internal electrode and the fourth internal electrode. A third capacitance component is formed by the second internal electrode and the third internal electrode.

    摘要: Internal dielectric layers isolated between them by a ceramic layer are arranged in a dielectric body, other internal conductor layers also isolated between them by a ceramic layer are arranged in the dielectric body by being isolated from the above internal conductor layers. Each of the all internal conductor layers is formed with a cut part, and a channel part is formed around the cut part, and the channel parts are arranged so that currents flow in mutually reverse directions between channel parts of internal conductor layers adjoining across a ceramic layer. Consequently, the equivalent serial inductance of the multilayer capacitor is largely reduced and fluctuations of a power source voltage of a CPU is made small.
