Abstract: Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving signals to enable a terminal to perform a random access channel procedure (RACH procedure) in an unlicensed band. In particular, the method comprises: transmitting an uplink signal including a first physical random access channel (PRACH) and a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to a base station; and receiving, from the base station, a downlink signal related to contention resolution in response to the uplink signal, wherein a power ramping counter is used to set the transmission power of the uplink signal, and the value of the power ramping counter may be increased on the basis of a transmission spatial beam for the transmission of the uplink signal being configured in the same manner as a transmission spatial beam for the transmission of a PRACH prior to the uplink signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method by which a terminal performs a random access channel (RACH) procedure in an unlicensed band. In particular, the method comprises: transmitting a first physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble through message A, and in response to the message A, receiving a random access response (RAR) through message B related to contention resolution, wherein the first PRACH preamble is a PRACH preamble mapped to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) occasion for the message A, and the window for reception of the message B may start after at least one symbol from the last symbol of the PUSCH occasion.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system and a device supporting same. The PUSCH is transmitted in one or more PUSCH occasions among continuous PUSCH occasions within a frequency domain and a time domain. The PRACH preamble is obtained from one or more predetermined PRACH preambles. The indices of the one or more PRACH preamble are mapped to the one or more PUSCH occasions in the ascending order.

Specifically, a method performed by user equipment (UE) comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, setting information including a first power ramping step for a two-step random access channel (RACH) and a second power ramping step for a four-step RACH; transmitting, to the base station, information including a first preamble and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) for a two-step RACH on the basis of the first power ramping step; and transmitting, to the base station, a second preamble for a four-step RACH by using the second power ramping step, on the basis of the number of retransmissions of the information exceeding a maximum number of retransmissions associated with a preset two-step RACH.
