Abstract: In an approach for creating an asset, a computer receives a selection of at least one asset element and determines whether one or more asset elements are associated with the selected asset element. In response to determining one or more asset elements are associated with the selected asset element, the computer determines, based, at least in part, on one or more linkage rules, whether one or more of the associated asset elements are in the asset. Furthermore, in response to determining that at least one of the associated asset elements is in the asset, the computer generates an asset map. The asset map, generated by the computer for the asset, depicts the linkage rules, the selected asset elements, and the associated asset elements in the asset.

Abstract: A method for authenticating a user to access a resource is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method includes determining multiple devices on which to perform a multi-factor authentication sequence. The multiple devices include at least one virtual device and at least one physical device. As part of completing the multi-factor authentication sequence, the method requires a user to perform a first authentication action on a virtual device and a second authentication action on a physical device. In certain embodiments, the first authentication action and the second authentication action must be performed in a designated order and/or with a designated timing to successfully complete the multi-factor authentication sequence. In response to the user completing the multi-factor authorization sequence on both the virtual device and the physical device, the method grants authorization to the user to access a resource. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for generating an aroma map is disclosed. The computer-implemented method includes learning one or more aromas associated with one or more items. The computer-implemented method further includes identifying a presence of an item within a venue based on comparing one or more aromas detected by one or more sensors located within the venue with one or more learned aromas associated with the item. The computer-implemented method further includes identifying a micro-location of the item based, at least in part, on a location of the one or more sensors which detected the aroma. The computer-implemented method further includes generating an aroma map geospatially indicating the micro-location of the item within the venue.

Abstract: One example of a computer-implemented method comprises receiving data from one or more sensors distributed throughout a geographic area; receiving one or more user preferences related to the geographic area; and generating one or more free-form routes from a first location to a second location based on analysis of the received data with respect to the one or more user preferences such that each of the one or more free-form routes complies with the one or more user preferences. Each of the one or more free-form routes includes at least a segment which does not follow a pre-defined path. The method also comprises outputting at least one of the one or more free-form routes to a display system on a first user device.
