    Abstract: A configuration information sending method and an apparatus is applied to fields such as user cooperation, user relay, and an internet of vehicles. First configuration information is sent to a first user group, where the first configuration information indicates at least one resource element, the first user group includes a first terminal apparatus and a second terminal apparatus, and the first terminal apparatus is configured to assist in information transmission between a first network apparatus and the second terminal apparatus. The first network apparatus sends first downlink control information to the first user group, where the first downlink control information indicates a first resource element in the at least one resource element and a first time-frequency resource, and the first time-frequency resource belongs to the first resource element.

    Abstract: A storage system includes a management node and multiple storage nodes. Each storage node includes a first storage device of a first type (e.g., DRAM) and a second storage device of a second type (e.g., SCM), and a performance level of the first storage device is higher than the second storage device. The management node creates a globe cache including a first tier comprising the first storage device in each storage node, and a second tier comprising the second storage device in each storage node. The first tier is for storing data with a high access frequency, and the second tier is for storing data with a low access frequency. The management node monitors an access frequency of target data stored in the first tier. When the access frequency of the target data is lower than a threshold, the management node instructs the first storage node to migrate the target data from the first tier to the second tier of the globe cache.

    Abstract: Example resource determining methods, indication methods, and apparatus are described. On example method includes receiving a downlink data channel by a terminal from a network device. The terminal determines a first uplink control channel resource from a plurality of uplink control channel resources based on an index of the last symbol for the downlink data channel and a time for processing the downlink data channel by the terminal. The terminal sends acknowledgment information to the network device on the first uplink control channel resource, where the acknowledgment information is used to determine a reception status of the downlink data channel.
