Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for transmission control of multimedia broadcast multicast data. The method includes: according to a reference time, determining a scheduling period of suspending or resuming sending MBMS service data; and suspending or resuming sending the MBMS service data in the determined scheduling period. According to the embodiments of the present invention, transmission control of the MBMS service data by a base station can be realized, which facilitates each base station in the same MBSFA range synchronously suspending or resuming sending the MBMS service data of the same service, thereby facilitating reducing interferences in the service.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for transmitting data on a wireless local area network (WLAN), user equipment (UE), and an access point (AP). The method includes: receiving first indication information sent by an AP, where the first indication information is used to indicate that UE can preferentially send data to the AP when the UE obtains a transmission resource through contention; determining, according to the first indication information, a first moment for sending current data to the AP, where an interval between a second moment at which the UE receives a first feedback message sent by the AP and the first moment is a first sending interval, the first feedback message is used to indicate whether a previous piece of data is successfully received, and the first sending interval is less than a distributed interframe space (DIFS); and sending the current data to the AP at the first moment.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for obtaining a secondary timing advance. The method includes: after a secondary cell activation command is received or after a secondary cell is activated, if a secondary time alignment timer TAT of the secondary cell does not run, initiating, by a terminal, a random access procedure; and obtaining, by the terminal, the secondary TA according to a TA received in the random access procedure. With the method and the device for obtaining a timing advance according to embodiments of the present invention, a terminal initiates a random access procedure to obtain a secondary timing advance after the terminal receives a secondary cell activation command sent by a base station or after a secondary cell is activated, thereby saving signaling overhead and system resources.
Abstract:
Embodiments of this application provide a configuration method and apparatus. When indicating, by using an RRC connection release message, a terminal to enter an inactive state from a connected state, a network device may include, in the RRC connection release message, a configuration parameter allocated to the terminal in the inactive state. That is, the terminal receives the radio resource control RRC connection release message sent by the network device, where the RRC connection release message includes first information used to indicate a target configuration parameter. In this way, the terminal may enter the inactive state based on the RRC connection release message, and determine a context parameter of the inactive state based on the first information, so that the configuration parameter is properly allocated to the terminal in the inactive state.
Abstract:
A random access method is provided including: a terminal side device obtains first uplink data from a first message buffer, wherein the first message buffer is a buffer specific to a first random access procedure, the first random access procedure is a procedure in which the terminal side device sends a first random access request, sends the first uplink data on a first uplink resource, and receives response information, and the response information is a first random access response to the first random access request or a response to the first uplink data. The terminal side device sends the first random access request to a network side device, and sends the first uplink data to the network side device on the first uplink resource. The terminal side device detects downlink control information, wherein the downlink control information indicates a resource of the response information.
Abstract:
This application provides an uplink transmission method and a communication apparatus. When a terminal device does not obtain a TA value in a two-step random access process, the terminal device can transmit, based on a preset TA value or a maintained TA value, uplink data on an uplink transmission resource assigned in the second step of random access, or perform, based on a preset TA value or a maintained TA value, a feedback for downlink data transmitted on a downlink transmission resource assigned in the second step of random access. In this way, uplink synchronization can be implemented when no TA value is assigned in a random access process.
Abstract:
Embodiments of this application disclose example data compression methods and example base stations. One example method includes obtaining, by a base station, identification information of at least one of a data compression device or a data decompression device. A dictionary can then be generated based on the identification information. The dictionary can then be sent to the data compression device and the data decompression device to enable the data compression device and the data decompression device to perform data compression and data transmission based on the dictionary.
Abstract:
Embodiments of this application provide a communication processing method. A data volume report reported by a terminal device includes a data volume on one of at least two paths in a radio bearer in a duplication mode, so that signaling overheads in a data volume reporting process of the terminal device can be reduced.
Abstract:
This application provides a communication method and apparatus. In the method, a policy control function (PCF) receives request information from a terminal or a service server. The request information requests to establish a first quality of service (QoS) flow for the terminal, and includes first indication information indicating to perform network coding on the first QoS flow. The PCF sends network coding information to an access network device accessed by the terminal and/or the terminal based on the request information. The network coding information includes second indication information indicating a QoS flow on which network coding is to be performed.
Abstract:
A communication method and apparatus are provided. The method includes a terminal device that receives first configuration information and second configuration information from a network device. The first configuration information is used to configure a primary RLC group, and the second configuration information is used to configure a secondary RLC group. The terminal device determines the primary RLC group and the secondary RLC group based on the first configuration information and the second configuration information. According to the foregoing solution, the network device may configure the primary RLC group and the secondary RLC group for the terminal device, and the primary RLC group and the secondary RLC group each may include at least one RLC entity.
