    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for handover processing. The method includes: receiving a handover request sent by a UE for handover to a micro base station; and sending instruction information to the UE according to a preset rule and the handover request, so as to instruct the UE to send start information, where the start information is used to instruct the micro base station to start an interference coordination mode used to enable the micro base station to mute preset time-frequency resources and corresponding to the start information. This prevents formation of a victim UE and greatly mitigates impacts caused by a coverage hole.
