Abstract: Disclosed are a measurement reporting method and apparatus, to resolve a problem that information about a measurement quantity change in a reporting periodicity is lost during measurement reporting in a current technology. The first communication device may be a terminal, and the second communication device is a base station. The method may include: A first terminal device receives a first sidelink positioning configuration sent by a network device. Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a positioning method, an apparatus, and a system, to resolve a problem that high-accuracy positioning cannot be implemented based on existing assistance data.
