An operation method of a user equipment (UE) may comprises receiving, from a base station, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including downlink control information (DCI) in a subframe n−1 of an unlicensed band; decoding the DCI using a common radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); and identifying the number of symbols of the subframe n−1 or a subframe n based on the decoded DCI.
