    Abstract: Disclosed are a signal transmission method and device. In the present application, the method includes: a base station configuring sending resources for at least two of a first signal, a second signal and a third signal, and sending the at least two signals according to the sending resources for the at least two signals, wherein in the at least two signals, the transceiving of one signal is indicated by at least one of the other signals; the first signal is a signal for at least one of the functions of synchronization, wave beam measurement, wave beam acquisition and RRM; the second signal is a signal for at least one of the functions of synchronization, fine synchronization, wave beam measurement, wave beam acquisition, RRM, CSI measurement and terminal wakeup; and the third signal is a signal for paging.

    Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are an information reporting method, a terminal and a base station. The method comprises: receiving first indication information that is configured for a terminal by a base station and is used for reporting channel state information (CSI) in an energy-saving state; receiving first downlink control information (DCI) that is sent by the base station and is scrambled by a power saving radio network temporary identity (PS-RNTI); and performing CSI measurement according to the first indication information and/or the first DCI, and reporting a CSI measurement result to the base station. Therefore, by means of the present invention, a base station can obtain a CSI measurement result in a timely manner and perform effective scheduling, such that a terminal executes CSI reporting in an energy-saving state under the instruction of the base station, thereby improving the efficiency of CSI reporting.

    Abstract: A method for indicating energy saving information, a base station and a user terminal. In the prior art, there is a technical problem of a poor energy saving effect when using the PDCCH as an energy saving channel to indicate energy saving information of a UE. The method comprises: carrying first energy saving information in target downlink control information (DCI) of a first time unit, the first energy saving information being used for indicating at least one piece of cross-timeslot scheduling information comprised in a first time window, the first time window comprising at least one time unit using the first time unit or a subsequent time unit as the start point, and the cross-timeslot scheduling information comprising at least among first information and second information, the first information being used for indicating and scheduling the DCI as a cross-timeslot scheduling or a present timeslot scheduling, and the second information being used for indicating the minimum value of a cross timeslot scheduling parameter or the minimum value of a cross-timeslot scheduling parameter in a TDRA list; and transmitting the target DCI to a user terminal.

    Abstract: A power saving signal transmission method, a terminal and a network device are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a power saving signal transmitted by a network device; wherein the power saving signal is multiple stages of sequences, the multiple stages of sequences at least carry a power saving identifier, a power saving area identifier, and stage indication information of the multiple stages of sequences, the power saving identifier corresponds to a terminal to be woken up in a power saving area, and the power saving area is an area indicated by the power saving area identifier; or, the power saving signal includes a first-stage power saving signal and a second-stage power saving signal, wherein the first-stage power saving signal and the second-stage power saving signal carry different power saving information respectively.
