The method of the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a user equipment determines that in the case that Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection remains the same, all or part of the Data Radio Bearers (DRBs) reconfigured from one cell to another cell is needed; the user equipment, in the access point handover process, transmits data through the original DRB, and the original DRB is the last used DRB before the data plane access point handover. The user equipment, during the access point handover process, transmits data through the original DRB, thereby reducing the interrupt delay of the data plane when the access point handover is carried out in the case of heterogeneous network, and further improving the handover efficiency and shortening the data transmission time.

    摘要: The invention discloses an uplink transmission method and apparatus in a carrier aggregation system and relates to the field of radio communications so as to address the issue of how to perform uplink transmission in a secondary cell when a base station configures a user equipment additionally with the secondary cell. In the invention, a user equipment selects, under a preset reference carrier selection rule, one of downlink carriers corresponding to cells having already eatablished downlink synchronization with a base station as a timing reference downlink carrier used by a secondary cell after the base station configures the user equipment additionally with the secondary cell; and the user equipment performs uplink transmission in the secondary cell according to downlink timing of the timing reference downlink carrier. With the invention, a timing reference downlink carrier used by an additionally configured secondary cell in uplink transmission can be determined and uplink transmission can be further preformed over the timing reference downlink carrier.

    摘要: A duplication transmission method and device, used for solving the problem in existing technology of a scheme for implementing packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) duplication having yet to be implemented in a central unit/distribute unit (CU/DU) separation scenario. According to the embodiments of the present invention, after determining the need for PDCP duplication transmission on a radio bearer, a CU sends a PDCP data packet transmitted on the radio bearer to a DU and instructs the DU to carry out the PDCP duplication transmission; and the DU sends the PDCP data packet to multiple radio link control (RLC) entities corresponding to the radio bearer so as to carry out the PDCP duplication transmission. Since the CU may instruct the DU to perform the PDCP duplication transmission, the PDCP data packet is subject to duplication transmission in the CU/DU separation scenario, thereby further improving the system performance.

In embodiments of the present invention, received PDCP PDUs are combined into RLC PDUs and are allocated with corresponding RLC SNs, wherein each RLC PDU corresponds to an RLC SN, and each RLC PDU comprises at least one PDCP PDU; data corresponding to scheduling resources is generated according to the generated RLC PDUs; the data corresponding to the scheduling resources is combined into an MAC PDU for data receiving. The solution in the embodiments of the present invention may shorten the length of time in layer-2 data packet processing.

    摘要: Disclosed are a communication path determination method and device, which solve the problems of low transmission efficiency and long transmission time delay which may be caused by the existing path which is configured for a small cell needing to access a network for directly communicating through a wireless channel between the small cell and a macro base station. The method comprises: when a wireless node needs to access a network, acquiring, by the wireless node, an optimal communication path from same to the network; and communicating, by the wireless node, with the network through the acquired optimal communication path, wherein the optimal communication path indicates the wireless node to access the network through at least one auxiliary node, and at least one of the at least one auxiliary nodes is a wired node which is directly connected to the network. Since the wireless node accesses the network and communicate with the network through at least one auxiliary node with the function of being capable of providing the data forwarding service for other nodes, the quality and performance of data transmission between the wireless node needing to access the network and the network are improved, and the transmission efficiency of the wireless node is improved.

Disclosed are an auxiliary information reporting and information sending method and device, so that a target base station can acquire the latest auxiliary information of a user equipment (UE) and then can provide the most reasonable configuration for the UE. In this application, the UE reports the auxiliary information to a source base station, and determines whether it is required to re-report the auxiliary information in a target cell; if determining that it is required to re-report the auxiliary information in the target cell, the user equipment reports the auxiliary information to the target base station after being switched to the target cell. It can be seen that, in this solution, the target base station can acquire the latest auxiliary information of the UE, so as to provide the most reasonable configuration for the UE.
