    Abstract: The present invention relates to a touching-type electronic paper and method for manufacturing the same. The touching-type electronic paper includes a TFT substrate and a transparent electrode substrate which are disposed as a cell. The transparent electrode substrate includes a common electrode, microcapsule electronic ink and light guiding poles as light transmitting passages, all of which are formed on a first substrate. The TFT substrate comprises displaying electrodes, first TFTs for driving the displaying electrodes, second TFTs for detecting lights transmitting through the light guiding poles and for producing level signals, and third TFTs for reading the level signals and sending the level signals to a back-end processing system, all of which are formed on a second substrate. The light guiding poles are opposite to the second TFTs respectively. The present invention makes the natural lights or other lights outside transmitted to the second TFTs through the light guiding poles by disposing the light guiding poles as light transmitting passages and disposing the second TFTs as light sensor units. The present invention has many advantages such as simple structure, simple manufacturing process and low cost, so as to have a wide application prospect.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention disclose an electronic paper active substrate and a method of forming the same and an electronic paper display panel. The electronic paper active substrate comprises: a base substrate, a gate electrode, a first common electrode, a second common electrode, a gate insulating layer, an active layer, source-drain electrodes, a passivation layer, a resin passivation layer, and a pixel electrode layer. The gate electrode and the first common electrode are arranged on the base substrate, and the gate is provided with the gate insulating layer, the active layer, the source-drain electrodes, the passivation layer, the resin passivation layer, and the pixel electrode layer sequentially arranged thereon; the first common electrode is provided with the gate insulating layer, the source-drain electrodes, the passivation layer, the second common electrode, the resin passivation layer, and the pixel electrode layer sequentially arranged thereon; and the first and second common electrodes are electrically connected to each other.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method and template of color filters belong to the field of liquid crystal display. The manufacturing method comprises: forming a black matrix (2) on a substrate (1), a pixel region being formed around the black matrix (2); forming pixel resin layers (3, 4, 5) on the substrate (1) on which the black matrix is formed; boxing the template with the substrate on which the pixel resin layers are formed, the template being located above the substrate (1), and a plurality of columnar hollow protrusions (13) being arranged at a part of a template body (12), corresponding to the pixel region, of the template; subjecting the boxed substrate to heat treatment, taking off the template so as to form a hole (11) in the pixel resin layer; and forming, through a patterning process, a pattern of the pixel resin layer on the substrate on which the hole (11) is provided. Therefore, the aperture and the opening area can be accurately controlled when providing an opening on the pixel region of the color filter.
