    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backlight module and a display device, and relates to the field of display technology. The backlight module includes: a heat sink located above a backplane for dissipating heat generated by a light source; a reflective member disposed on a side of a light guide plate adjacent to the backplane; and one or more thermal buffer members disposed between the heat sink and the reflective member, wherein a thermal conductivity coefficient of each of the thermal buffer members in a direction perpendicular to a light exiting surface of the backlight module is less than that of the heat sink.

The display device comprises: a light emitting device with a second terminal coupled to a low voltage signal line; a drive thin film transistor with a second terminal coupled to a first terminal of the light emitting device; a light emitting control thin film transistor with a first terminal coupled to a high voltage signal line, and a second terminal coupled to a first terminal of the drive thin film transistor; a switch thin film transistor, which controls data voltage to be written into a control terminal of the drive thin film transistor; a reset thin film transistor, which resets potential of the control terminal of the drive thin film transistor; and a storage capacitor, coupled to the control terminal and the second terminal of the drive thin film transistor.

    Abstract: A backlight module includes a back plate and a light guide plate. The light guide plate and the back plate are stacked together. The back plate includes a bottom surface and a plurality of side walls located on edges of the bottom surface; a positioning gap is formed between each two adjacent side walls of the plurality of side walls. The light guide plate includes a light guide plate body part and at least one light guide positioning portion disposed on a side surface of the light guide plate body part. The at least one light guide positioning portion is engaged with a corresponding positioning gap.

    Abstract: An electrostatic protection circuit, a display panel, and a display apparatus are disclosed. The electrostatic protection circuit comprises a switch control unit, a first electrostatic storage unit configured to store charges, and a second electrostatic storage unit configured to store charges, wherein the first electrostatic storage unit has a first terminal connected to a driving line and a second terminal connected to the switch control unit, and the second electrostatic storage unit has a first terminal connected to the switch control unit and a second terminal connected to a common electrode trace. With the first electrostatic storage unit connected to the driving line and the second electrostatic storage unit connected to the common electrode trace, the electrostatic protection circuit, the display panel, and the display apparatus according to the present disclosure can prevent leakage current on the driving line from flowing into the common electrode trace or prevent leakage current on the common electrode trace from flowing into the driving line after the switch control unit is switched off, which otherwise causes voltage fluctuation on the driving line or the common electrode trace thereby affecting the display quality.

The array substrate provided by the present disclosure is applied to a display device.

The discharge circuit, including a discharge transistor, a signal control end and a low voltage power source end, a gate electrode of the discharge transistor is connected to the signal control end, a first electrode of the discharge transistor is electrically connected to a signal line, and a second electrode of the discharge transistor is electrically connected to the low voltage power source end; the discharge transistor is configured to release charges on the signal line to the low voltage power source end under an action of a control signal output by the signal control end.

The color resistance layer is arranged on the base substrate and including a plurality of color resistances arranged in an array. The black matrix is arranged between any adjacent color resistances. The protruding structure is arranged on at least a portion of the black matrix and surrounding at least one of the color resistances.     Abstract: An array substrate and a display device are provided in the embodiments of the disclosure. The array substrate includes: a substrate; thin film transistors formed on the substrate, each of the thin film transistors comprising a gate electrode, a gate insulation layer, an active layer; and a source electrode and a drain electrode; a protective layer formed on the thin film transistors, having through-holes formed therein; and lead-out electrodes; and at least one support is provided below the through-holes, each of the through-holes being configured to form an electrical connection between the drain electrode in each of the thin film transistors and a corresponding one of the lead-out electrodes, an orthogonal projection of each of the through-holes on the substrate falling within an orthogonal projection of the at least one support on the substrate.
