Abstract: Provided are a display panel, a drive method thereof and a display apparatus. The display panel includes a plurality of scan signal lines, a plurality of data signal lines and a plurality of sub-pixels; at least one sub-pixel includes switch assembly and a display unit, wherein the switch assembly at least includes a control terminal, an input terminal and an output terminal, wherein the input terminal is connected to the data signal line, the output terminal is connected to the display unit, and the control terminal or the input terminal is connected to the scan signal line; the display panel further includes at least one switch control line, which is connected to the control terminal of the switch assembly, and the switch control line is configured to control the input terminal and the output terminal of the switch assembly to be turned on or off.

Abstract: A pixel driving circuit is provided. The pixel driving circuit includes an initialization circuit, a driving circuit, and a first light-emitting control circuit. Abstract: A TFT, a method for fabricating the same, a display substrate, and a display device are disclosed. The TFT comprises a substrate, a gate, a gate insulating layer, semiconductor layer, a source, and a drain. The gate comprises a rough surface on a side facing the semiconductor layer. Since the surface of gate is uneven, the light which has been reflected on the surface of gate will no longer be reflected, or will be directly scattered to other directions. The incident light from the backlight source cannot impinge onto the semiconductor layer by continuous reflection. This reduces the possibility that the semiconductor layer is irradiated by light, and improves stability of TFT.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint identification device, a touch panel, an input device and a fingerprint identification method. The fingerprint identification device includes a fingerprint identification module, gate lines and signal lines. The gate lines and the signal lines cross so as to define a plurality of sensing regions including a thin film transistors and a sensing electrode connected to the thin film transistors. A gate electrode of the thin film transistor is connected to the corresponding gate line, a source electrode is connected to the corresponding signal line, and a drain electrode is connected to the corresponding sensing electrode. The signal lines include signal-transmitting lines and signal-receiving lines, the sensing electrodes include transmitting electrodes and receiving electrodes. An electric field is generated between the transmitting electrode and the receiving electrode adjacent to the transmitting electrode, and a direction of the electric field is from the transmitting electrode to the receiving electrode adjacent to the transmitting electrode. The fingerprint identification module is connected to the signal-receiving lines, and determines, by detecting the intensity of the electric field when a finger is in the electric field, a fingerprint of the finger.
