Abstract: A touch panel, a display panel, a display device, and a method for recognizing a fingerprint are disclosed. The touch panel includes: an underlying substrate, a plurality of fingerprint recognizing units located on the underlying substrate, an encapsulation layer covering the plurality of fingerprint recognizing units, where each of the fingerprint recognizing units includes a light-emitting element and a photosensitive element; and a light path limiting structure arranged above the light-emitting element, where the light path limiting structure is arranged above the light-emitting element to enable light emitted from the light-emitting element to be totally reflected to thereby be transmitted in the light path limiting structure, and to exit the light path limiting structure by being concentrated in a small angle range.

Abstract: A pixel circuit, a semiconductor camera detection circuit and a display device. The pixel circuit includes: a photodiode, a driving circuit, an initialization circuit, a transmission circuit, a voltage write-in circuit (2 and a compensation circuit. One end of the photodiode is electrically connected to a grounding end, and another end is electrically connected to the transmission circuit; the initialization circuit is configured to pull a voltage of a first node to an initialization voltage under control of the initialization signal end; the transmission circuit is configured to pull down the voltage of the first node from the initialization voltage to a data voltage under control of the first scanning signal end; the voltage write-in circuit is configured to write the data voltage into the driving circuit and output a grounding voltage to the compensation circuit; the compensation circuit is configured to perform threshold voltage compensation on the driving circuit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a flexible display panel and a display apparatus. In one embodiment, light sensitive effect-based photo-sensitive diodes and switching transistors for controlling signal output of the photo-sensitive diodes are integrated in the display panel. Once a touch operation of an object (e.g., a finger) is implemented on a surface of the display panel, the photo-sensitive diode in a corresponding position can convert a sensed light intensity difference into an electrical signal difference to achieve detection of the touch operation.

Abstract: Provided are a touch substrate and a method for driving the same, and a display apparatus. The touch substrate includes a base substrate, and a plurality of touch control units, gate lines and read lines disposed on the base substrate.
