摘要: Disclosed is a method performed by a network node (300) in a communication network for correlating information of a first network domain (310) with information of a second network domain (320), the second network domain being different from the first network domain. The method comprises receiving (102) event information of a first event that occurred in the first network domain and receiving (104) event information of a second event that occurred in the second network domain, wherein the event information of the first event and the event information of the second event each comprises a user ID, UID; a time stamp, and a geographical information. The method further comprises comparing (106) the event information of the first event with the event information of the second event in order to find a correlation between the event information of the first event and the event information of the second event, the correlation indicating a possible association between the UID of the first event and the UID of the second event.

摘要: Systems and methods relating to a transmission timing difference between cells in a multi-carrier system in which at least one of the cells is subject to Clear Channel Assessment (CCA) before transmitting are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method of operation of a User Equipment (UE) comprises determining a transmission timing difference between a first cell that operates on a first carrier and a second cell that operates on a second carrier, wherein CCA is required to be performed on at least one of a first channel in which the first carrier is located and a second channel in which the second carrier is located before the UE is permitted to transmit. The method further comprises using the transmission timing difference for one or more operational tasks of the UE. The transmission timing difference is determined when the first channel and the second channel are available at the UE.

摘要: Various embodiments described herein aim to ensure that user data transmissions (e.g., small data transmissions that are sent using control plane messages) do not become excessive and stay infrequent, thereby reducing the likelihood of a network overload situation. In one embodiment, an admission control function (ACF) for regulating the transmission of uplink user data is implemented in a wireless communication device (WCD) (e.g., a CIoT device). Such a WCD device may receive from a core serving node (CSN) admittance information (AI) (e.g., parameters, such as thresholds, used by the ACF to regulate the uplink traffic) that is used in performing the admittance control.

摘要: The present invention relates to a network node (14, 18, 21) and a method of a network node of controlling data delivery to a mobile terminal (11, 12, 13) in case of data rate throttling after having reached a data download cap. The method comprises the steps of acquiring (S101) the data to be delivered to the mobile terminal, receiving (S102) an indication that a data download cap for the mobile terminal has been reached, and buffering (S103) the acquired data. The method further comprises the step of delivering (S104) the buffered data to the mobile terminal in bursts.

摘要: A method of operating a first wireless communication device to perform D2D discovery includes obtaining multiple discovery message detection results, and determining a D2D discovery status of a second wireless communication device based on the multiple discovery message detection results. Using multiple discovery message detection results to determine the D2D discovery status of the second wireless communication device significantly increases the reliability of D2D discovery, thereby increasing the likelihood that a device available for D2D communication will be detected, while reducing the likelihood of false detections.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for triggering a long range extension mode of operation for a wireless device in a cellular communications network. In one preferred embodiment, the wireless device is a Machine Type Communication (MTC) device. In one embodiment, a node in the cellular communications network determines that the wireless device is to operate in the long range extension mode if there is difficulty in establishing communication between the wireless device and the cellular communications network. If the wireless device is to operate in the long range extension mode, the node activates one or more long range extension mechanisms with respect to the wireless device such that the wireless device operates in the long range extension mode. In this manner, the long range extension mode is selectively triggered for the wireless device.

摘要: A method performed by a video encoder for encoding a current picture belonging to a temporal level identified by a temporal_id. The method includes determining a Reference Picture Set (RPS) for the current picture indicating reference pictures that are kept in a decoded picture buffer (DPB) when decoding the current picture, and when the current picture is a temporal switching point. The method further comprises operating to ensure that the RPS of the current picture includes no picture having a temporal_id greater than or equal to the temporal_id of the current picture.

摘要: A random access process may be performed with an extended set of random access preambles comprising a standard set and at least one additional set. The use of a preamble from the standard set or the additional set may be used to indicate whether a wireless communication device belongs to a standard class or a non-standard class, allowing a radio access node to provide special treatment to the non-standard class in a random access response.

摘要: According to some embodiments, a virtual machine manager is operable to manage a virtual machine (VM) that spans a plurality of hardware appliances. The virtual machine manager receives a request to provide a service to a device, selects an application instance to provide the service to the device, and forwards the request for the service to the selected application instance. The selected application instance is running in an instance of the virtual machine associated with a first hardware appliance. The virtual machine manager determines session data associated with the service and provides the session data associated with the service to a second hardware appliance of the VM in order to enable the VM to provide high availability of the service to the device.

摘要: According to certain embodiments, a method (400) by an Operations, Administration, and Management (OAM) system (210) is provided for configuring a network node (115) to prioritize the collection of data. A configuration (250) for collecting performance management (PM data) is transmitted to the network node. The configuration (250) includes PM counters and priority information associated with at least one of the PM counters. Each PM counter is associated with a parameter to be measured by the network node (115). A report of data collected by the network node (115) is received. The report includes data collected based on the configuration transmitted by the OAM system (210) to the network node (115).
