The arm assembly includes a lower arm mounted at a lower end on the base for a swingable movement about a substantially horizontal first axis, a swingable member mounted on the lower arm at an upper end portion of the lower arm for a swingable movement about a second axis which is parallel with the first axis, and an upper arm mounted at one end portion on the swingable member for a swingable movement about a third axis which is perpendicular to the second axis. The swingable member has a portion extending in a direction opposite to the direction in which the upper arm extends. A driving motor is provided on the swingable member for driving the upper arm to produce the swingable movement of the upper arm about the third axis.

    摘要: An optical disc apparatus includes an optical pickup including: a light source; an objective lens for converging a light flux emitted from the light source and forming an optical spot on an information recording plane of an optical disc; and an optical modulation unit divided into a plurality of areas for modulating an area containing a main beam of the light flux to change a shape of the optical spot, wherein data is reproduced by converting a reproduction signal read from the optical disc with the optical pickup into an NRZI signal of a predetermined modulation rule by a PRML method. An optical spot shape, laser power setting and PRML setting are changed with each optical disc and each drive operation state.

When a lid 3 is positioned in a closed position with a smart card 100 retained by the lid 3, the seal member 12 comes into close contact with the periphery of a terminal 101. Thus, even when foreign matter such as water or dust intrudes into a space between the lid 3 and a housing 1, adhesion of such foreign matter to contact terminals 11a or the terminal 101 can be prevented.

    摘要: In the cover opening and dosing device of the present invention, a terminal cover 21 includes a turn regulating portion 24. The turn regulating portion 24 can prevent the terminal cover 21 from turning in a cover dosing direction due to resilience of coupling portions 22 and 23 when the terminal cover 21 is moved to a cover opening position. Thus, when connecting a cable to a terminal, the terminal cover 21 does not hinder the connection, so that the cable can be connected to the terminal with ease. It is possible to achieve a configuration of holding the terminal cover capable of opening and dosing the terminal open with ease and at low cost.

    摘要: An apparatus and method suitable for producing a polymer film, particularly a polyimide film, perform drying and heat treatment using a tenter type feeding apparatus that suppresses the problems of deformation of film in the vicinity of pore into which the pins bite and breakage of the pores to form long pores in the width direction. The apparatus includes a device to suppress deformation of the film in the vicinity of the tenter pins at the time point when the both ends of the film is pierced with the pins and cools the pin temperature to less than 180° C. at the time when the film is pierced with the pins. Individual pins can be arranged on the innermost side of the pin sheets so that they are all disposed at the same distance both in the film feeding direction in the individual pin sheets and between other pin sheets.
