Abstract: A method for managing cross-link interference in wireless communication network is de-scribed. The method comprises receiving, by a first User Equipment (UE), information re-lated to a Reference Signal (RS), from a Base Station (BS). The information is at least one of a phase rotation and a number of repetitions in time domain. The first UE may generate the RS based on the information. The first UE may transmit the RS with a first timing ad-vance to a second UE. A method for reporting the cross-link interference in the wireless communication network is described. The method comprises receiving the RS by the first UE. The first UE may determine a parameter of the RS. The first UE detects occurrence of a trigger event and transmits a report based on the parameter. The report may be transmitted to the BS using a physical layer or a medium access control (MAC) layer.

A set of modulation symbols may be selected from the at least one modulation symbol based on one or more predefined precoding criteria, for enabling transform-precoding of the set of modulation symbols. Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of signalling in an Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) network. The method comprises signalling information related to multiplexing capability and supported modes of operation from the child IAB node to the parent IAB node. An active mode of operation is determined at the child IAB node. The configuration to operate in the active mode of operation is signalled to the child IAB node. Timing Advance (TA) for each active mode of operation, guard information for each active mode of operation are signalled as configuration for the active mode of operation. Further, the method comprises signalling exchanges for fallback from one mode of operation to another at child IAB nodes.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of reducing blind decoding attempts by a User Equipment (UE) in a telecommunication network. The method comprises configuring a Search Space (SS) configuration to the UE. A Base Station (BS) signals one of a subset of Aggregation Levels (ALs) to be monitored based on channel quality of the UE and an associated time period, and a value of multiplication factor (k) and an associated time period. The UE iteratively monitors a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on the ALs signalled by the BS till the UE stops receiving a new configuration. The UE performs one of adopting an original configuration, requesting the BS for a new configuration, utilizing a default configuration or utilizing an original configuration.

Abstract: Embodiments herein provides a method and apparatus for data communication in an OFDM system. The method comprising receiving by a second OFDM apparatus a plurality of parameters, a signal comprising data and at least one of a Reference Signal (RS) and a message from a first OFDM apparatus. The plurality of parameters comprises at least one of a numerology of the first apparatus, a numerology of the second apparatus, a ratio of numerology of the first apparatus to the second apparatus and a measurement window. The method includes filtering a desired band comprising the at least one of the RS and the message from the received signal, removing a cyclic prefix from the filtered signal, and decoding at least one of the RS and the message from the signal with adjusting a circular shift in the set of symbols based on the plurality of parameters.

Abstract: A system and a method for performing uplink (UL) time synchronization in non-terrestrial networks (NTN) include Performing Downlink (DL) synchronization SSB signals. At least one information is received by a UE 102 from an NTN BS 104. A location information of a satellite is obtained using the at least one information received by the UE 102. Location of the UE 102 is estimated using one of GNSS receiver of the UE 102 and by processing at least one reference signal received by the UE 102 from multiple NTN-BS 104, using at least one multilateration technique and RTK. Timing Advance (TA) estimate is determined using the location of the satellite and location of the UE 102. TA applied is determined using the TA estimate and TA margin. PRACH is transmitted based on the TA applied and an information related to the TA applied is reported to the NTN-BS 104. Residual TA is estimated using the reported information related to the TA applied and the detected PRACH. The residual TA is indicated to the UE 102 for subsequent UL transmissions, in order to achieve the UL time synchronization in the NTN based communication network.
