    Abstract: A thin film transistor, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The thin film transistor is on a base substrate and includes a gate electrode, a first electrode, and a second electrode on the base substrate. The gate electrode includes a first body portion and a first extension portion extending along the first direction, electrically connected with the first body portion, and spaced apart from the first body portion by a first spacing. The first electrode includes a first overlapping end, an orthographic projection of the first overlapping end on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first body portion on the base substrate; a first compensation end at a side of the first overlapping end away from the first body portion, an orthographic projection of the first compensation end on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first extension portion on the base substrate; and a first intermediate portion connecting the first overlapping end and the first compensation end, an orthographic projection of the first intermediate portion on the base substrate is within an orthographic projection of the first spacing on the base substrate.

    Abstract: The re is provided a fingerprint identification module, including a substrate having a fingerprint identification area and a peripheral area; a photoelectric sensing structure in the fingerprint identification area, and including pixel units; each pixel unit includes a thin film transistor having a gate electrode coupled to a corresponding gate line and a first electrode coupled to a corresponding signal sensing line; the fingerprint identification area includes a photosensitive region, the pixel unit in the photosensitive region further includes a photoelectric sensor including a third electrode, a photosensitive pattern and a fourth electrode which are sequentially stacked along a direction away from the substrate, and the third electrode is coupled to a second electrode of the thin film transistor in the same pixel unit as that where the photoelectric sensor is located; an area ratio of the photoelectric sensor to the pixel unit corresponding thereto ranges from 40% to 90%.

    Abstract: A pixel driving circuit includes: a driving transistor, a data write circuit, a threshold compensation circuit, a first capacitor, and a second capacitor. A gate of the driving transistor is coupled to a first node, a first electrode is coupled to a second node, and a second electrode is coupled to a third node. The data write circuit is configured to transmit a signal of a data signal terminal to the second node in response to a signal of a first gate driving signal terminal. The threshold compensation circuit is configured to communicate the first node with the third node in response to a signal of a second gate driving signal terminal. The first capacitor is coupled between the first node and the first gate driving signal terminal. The second capacitor is coupled between the first node and the second gate driving signal terminal.

    Abstract: Provided is a display panel. The display panel includes: a cutout region, a display region disposed on a periphery of the cutout region, and a winding region disposed between the cutout region and the display region. The display panel further includes: a substrate; a plurality of light-emitting devices disposed on the substrate, and a package layer and a light-shielding layer that are successively stacked and disposed on a side, distal from the substrate, of the plurality of light-emitting devices. The plurality of light-emitting devices are within the display region. The package layer is closer to the substrate relative to the light-shielding layer, and at least a portion of the light-shielding layer is within the winding region.

    Abstract: Provided is an array substrate, including: a substrate; a first insulating layer and a second insulating layer that are successively stacked; a first electrode disposed on a side, proximal to the substrate, of the first insulating layer; a second electrode disposed between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer; and a lap electrode disposed on a side, distal from the substrate, of the second insulating layer.     Abstract: A grating regulating device includes: a first substrate, a conductive layer, a dielectric layer and a second substrate arranged in stack, the conductive layer includes a wiring layer, a first insulating layer and a first electrode layer arranged in stack, the wiring layer includes a plurality of driving lines, and the first electrode layer includes a plurality of sub-electrodes arranged in a first direction. The driving lines are for transmitting a driving signal to the sub-electrodes, and the sub-electrodes are for, by the effect of the driving signal, driving corresponding positions of the dielectric layer to be light-transmitting or opaque. The grating regulating device includes a grating region including a plurality of common-signal units, each of the common-signal units includes at least one grating unit, the grating unit includes a plurality of sub-electrodes, and the plurality of sub-electrodes located in the same grating unit are connected to different driving lines.
