Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for communication. In an aspect, a wireless node (e.g., UE or BS) measures a first TOA of a first SRS-P from a UE, a second TOA of a reflection of a second SRS-P from the UE off of a first RIS, and a third TOA of a reflection of a third SRS-P from the UE off of a second RIS. The UE transmits, to a position estimation entity, measurement information based on the first, second and third TOAs. The position estimation entity determines a positioning estimate of the UE based at least in part on the measurement information.

Abstract: In methods and devices configured to perform the methods for managing downlink traffic reception and cross-link interference (CLI), a wireless device may receive from a base station physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) traffic using a first receive (Rx) resource tuning of an Rx resource, determine whether a time period between an end of the PDCCH traffic and a beginning of a CLI measurement opportunity exceeds a threshold duration for tuning the Rx resource to a second Rx resource tuning, and may receive downlink traffic using the first Rx resource tuning in response to determining that the time period between the end of the PDCCH traffic and the beginning of the CLI measurement opportunity is less than or equal to the threshold duration.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first base station may communicate during asynchronous slots in accordance with a set of communication parameters determined from a handshake procedure performed with a second base station. For example, based on a change to a slot type of a slot to an asynchronous slot, the first base station and the second base station may perform the handshake procedure to determine the set of communication parameters and may communicate one or more messages during the slot in accordance with the set of communication parameters. Additionally, or alternatively, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a sounding reference signal (SRS) associated with a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state based on a slot type of a first slot in which the UE transmits the SRS and a reference signal received in a second slot having the slot type.

A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, one or more control messages that indicate a configuration for a first downlink bandwidth part (BWP) associated with a first operating mode of the UE, a second downlink BWP associated with a second operating mode of the UE, a first set of resources within the first downlink BWP, and a second set of resources within the second downlink BWP. At least a portion of the configuration may correspond to a capability of the UE. The UE may monitor the first set of resources while in the first operating mode, and may monitor the second set of resources while in the second operating mode. The UE may receive a system information update or a public warning system (PWS) notification from the network entity via the second set of resources.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. A user equipment (UE) may receive, via a control channel in a primary cell, one or more downlink control information (DCI) messages that include a secondary cell (SCell) dormancy indication and a request for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback. The DCI messages may have a format associated with downlink scheduling, and fields used to carry the SCell dormancy indication and the request for HARQ feedback may have a configuration that depends on whether the DCI messages are used to schedule a downlink data transmission. Furthermore, in some aspects, a DCI message may include a field that has a value to indicate whether the DCI message does or does not schedule a downlink data transmission, to enable the UE to correctly receive and decode the SCell dormancy indication and the request for HARQ feedback.
