    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate an uplink control information (UCI) message including a scheduling request bit multiplexed with a first UCI bit and a second UCI bit, including: selecting a set of sequences, of a set of candidate sets of sequences, to use for multiplexing the first UCI bit and the second UCI bit, the selection of the set of sequences indicating the scheduling request bit, and multiplexing the first UCI bit and the second UCI bit based at least in part on the set of sequences. The UE may transmit the UCI message. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Wireless communication systems and methods related to interference prediction and reporting are provided. A user equipment (UE) obtains a sequence of interference measurements, where each interference measurement in the sequence is obtained at a different measurement time instant. The UE may determine, based on an interference predictor associated with the sequence of interference measurements, one or more predicted channel state information (CSI) values at one or more future time instants. The UE may transmit, to a base station (BS), a report including the one or more predicted CSI values.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques to expedite transmissions of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment or negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) feedbacks based on delay constraints associated with at least semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) downlink packets received at the user equipment (UE). Specifically, in accordance with aspects of the present disclosure, each of the one or more SPS PDSCH configurations may be associated with a delay parameter that identifies the maximum amount of time or slots that the UE can wait prior to transmitting the HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback associated with the PDSCH received at the UE.

    Abstract: Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms to implement improved interference tracking over time. A BS may transmit information to a UE that allows the UE to quantize channel measurements into interference states. The UE may transmit an interference change report as triggered by an event, such as an interference metric exceeding a threshold after quantizing into the interference states. This enables the system to capture and respond to abrupt changes. Further, the interference change report may include historic interference information. The UE may include statistics based on the historic interference information. The UE may further be triggered to transmit an interference change report in response to a BS requesting it, or in response to a configured period of time elapsing. The UE may further include MCS information predicted for one or more future time periods based on historic information, which the BS may use in scheduling.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for providing quantized channel state information (CSI) feedback that may be used to adjust transmission parameters for retransmissions after a negative acknowledgment. An example method performed by a user equipment (UE) generally includes generating hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a downlink transmission from a network entity, generating quantized channel state information (CSI) feedback, transmitting the HARQ feedback and quantized CSI feedback to the network entity in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission, and processing a retransmission of the downlink transmission, sent with transmission parameters adjusted based on the quantized CSI feedback if the HARQ feedback indicates a decoding failure.
