Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, and a network node may receive, capability information that indicates whether the UE supports Layer 1 or Layer 2 (L1/L2) inter-cell mobility. The network node may transmit, and the UE may receive, radio resource control signaling configuring one or more cells for L1/L2 inter-cell mobility based at least in part on the capability information. The network node may transmit, and the UE may receive, L1/L2 signaling triggering inter-cell mobility based at least in part on the capability information indicating that the UE supports L1/L2 inter-cell mobility. Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication to switch from a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state associated with a first cell to a second TCI state associated with a second cell. The UE may apply the second TCI state, including switching from a first bandwidth part (BWP) associated with the first cell to a second BWP associated with the second cell. For example, the UE may receive an indication to switch from the first BWP to the second BWP. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may determine to switch from the first BWP to the second BWP based at least in part on the indication to switch from the first TCI state to the second TCI state. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for indicating an overlap of downlink transmissions with one or more random access channel occasions (ROs). A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving signaling from a base station (BS) including an indication of whether one or more ROs will overlap with downlink transmissions in one or more periods of time, transmitting, to the BS based on the indication, a random access channel (RACH) preamble in an RO of the one or more ROs during the one or more periods of time, and performing a RACH procedure with the BS based on the transmitted RACH preamble.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration indicating whether a beam switching gap is expected at a first symbol position within a subframe of a physical channel for the UE, the first symbol position having a first cyclic prefix length that is longer than a second cyclic prefix length of a second symbol position within the subframe of the physical channel for the UE. The UE may determine whether a transmission includes a missing symbol for the beam switching gap based on the configuration and the symbol position of a symbol where a beam switch is scheduled.
