    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, information indicating at least one of a power amplifier sharing configuration or a phase noise sharing configuration for a plurality of layers of a single-carrier communication. The UE may receive, from the base station, a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) configuration for the plurality of layers based at least in part on at least one of the power amplifier sharing configuration or the phase noise sharing configuration. The UE may perform the single-carrier communication in accordance with the PTRS configuration.

    Abstract: A scheduled entity measures a power level of a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) prior to blind decoding a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidate associated with the DMRS. The scheduled entity performs blind decoding of the PDCCH candidate if the power level is above a predetermined threshold or foregoes blind decoding if the power level is below the predetermined threshold. A scheduling entity transmits a blind decoding configuration setting to the scheduled entity. The scheduling entity enables, via the blind decoding configuration setting, measurement, at the scheduled entity, of power levels of a plurality of DMRSs prior to blind decoding a plurality of respective PDCCH candidates associated with the plurality of DMRSs. Only PDCCH candidates associated with DMRSs having power levels that are above the predetermined threshold are blind decoded. A predetermined number of PDCCH candidates are scheduled for blind decoding. Blind decoding stops when the predetermined number is reached.

In some aspects, a transmitter may broadcast a first set of network coding encoded packets for reception by a plurality of receivers, and receive feedback information associated with the first set of network coding encoded packets, the feedback information indicating that one or more receivers of the plurality of receivers did not successfully receive a quantity of network coding encoded packets that satisfies a decoding threshold associated with recovering the plurality of source packets, and a first subset of network coding encoded packets of the first set of network coding encoded packets that were not successfully received by at least one receiver. The transmitter may broadcast a second set of network coding encoded packets. The second set of network coding encoded packets may include at least the first subset of network coding encoded packets.
