Abstract: Aspects relate to a configurable monitoring window duration for random access. In some examples, a reduced monitoring window duration may be utilized by a user equipment (UE) to monitor for a random access message transmitted by a base station. The reduced monitoring window duration may be configured as an offset from a transmission time of a first random access message by the UE or as a reduced duration of time as measured from the transmission time of the first random access message. The configurable monitoring window duration may be associated with a random access response monitoring window, a random access contention resolution monitoring window, or a random acesss msgB response window.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink communication including a priority indicator indicating that a first priority for a received transmission is to trigger hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback of a first type of HARQ feedback or indicating that a second priority for the received transmission is to trigger HARQ feedback of a second type of HARQ feedback, the first type of HARQ feedback including information associated with link adaptation, the information not included in the second type of HARQ feedback. The UE may transmit the HARQ feedback, as a response to the received transmission, based at least in part on receiving the downlink communication and in accordance with whether the first type of HARQ feedback or the second type of HARQ feedback is triggered. Abstract: A Single-Link DSDA apparatus is disclosed. In one aspect of the disclosure, the RRC connections associated with two SIMS have common connections that can both be reconfigured by providing one SIM with the configuration for its RRC connection along with an indication that the other SIM is to use the common configuration for its RRC configuration. In other aspects of the disclosure, a primary SIM is established which can only perform certain tasks. In still other aspects of the disclosure RRC connection establishment and release of a dual-SIM UE can be performed by using on the primary connection to send common configuration, and using both connection for different configurations.

Additionally, the techniques provided herein support for conditional handover of the relay UEs from a first base station to a second station while the relay UE is further supporting one or more remote UEs.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a user equipment (UE) entering a dormant state with respect to a secondary cell group (SCG) of a node network (SN) having a primary serving cell (PSCell). In one aspect, the UE may maintain a parameter set for at least the PSCell while the UE is in the dormant state with respect to the SCG. For example, the UE may receive a parameter change message from either the SN or a master network (MN) and transmit a parameter change acknowledgment to either the SN or the MN. The parameter change message may be transmitted as one or both of a downlink control information (DCI) or media access control (MAC) control element (CE). The UE may transmit physical layer measurements to the SN based on the parameter set.
