Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating inter-cell interference coordination using load indication are described. A UE may receive load indicator signals from a plurality of base stations in adjacent cells and determine, based at least in part on the load indicator signals, a transmit power metric. The transmit power metric may be provided to a serving base station, which may allocate uplink resources based on the transmit power metric. Additional information related to receiver sensitivity and/or path loss may be used to determine the transmit power metric.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive from a network entity first control signaling identifying, of multiple cell groups configured at the UE, an inter-cell mobility configuration for a set of one or more cell groups for use at the UE. In some examples, each cell group of the multiple cell groups may include a primary cell (PCell) and zero or more secondary cells (SCells). The UE may transmit a measurement report for each cell group of the set of one or more cell groups for inter-cell mobility. The UE may receive, at least in part in response to transmitting the measurement report, second control signaling activating or deactivating a primary cell group for inter-cell mobility from one or more cell groups of the set of one or more cell groups.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide techniques for enabling cell synchronization and timing adjustment management in layer 1 and layer 2 (L1-L2) centric mobility applications. A user equipment (UE) communicates with a network entity using one or more cells of a plurality of cells that are configured for mobility operations using layer 1 and layer 2 (L1-L2) centric signaling. The plurality of cells are grouped into one or more timing adjustment groups (TAGs). The UE updates timing advance of the plurality of cells per group according to the one or more TAGs.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In wireless communications, operators may coordinate resource sharing over respective carriers. A user interface may receive, by a first network entity associated with a first carrier from a second network entity associated with a second carrier, an indication of a first set of time intervals when the second carrier is available for communications from the first network entity. The first network entity may be associated with a first operator and the second network entity may be associated with a second operator. Both the first network entity and the second network entity may be coupled to a single radio unit. The first network entity may transmit based on receiving the indication, control signaling indicating a carrier aggregation mode associated with the first carrier and the second carrier for one or more user equipment.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for dynamic carrier sharing at a radio unit (RU) by multiple operators. Multiple operators may coordinate regarding resource separation such that wireless resources associated with the shared carrier may be split between the operators using, for example, time-division multiplexing, frequency-division multiplexing, and/or spatial-division multiplexing. Signal transmissions to and from the RU, using a carrier that supports multiple operators, may be based on a separation between certain physical layer (PHY) transmissions, where some PHY transmissions to or from the RU may be common for the multiple operators, and other PHY transmissions may use different sets of resources that are respectively associated with the different operators.
