Transistors included in each pixel driving circuit are divided into a first transistor group and a second transistor group connected to a first well region and a second well region of the substrate, respectively, the first and second well regions in each pixel are spaced apart from each other by a first interval, the pixels include a first pixel and a second pixel adjacent to each other in a first direction, and well regions adjacent to each other in the first pixel and the second pixel are spaced apart from each other by the first interval.
