    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a mobile station may transmit a capability indication identifying a search space sharing capability for the mobile station on a scheduling cell. The mobile station may monitor, on the scheduling cell, a first set of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions scheduling a scheduled cell and a second set of PDCCH monitoring occasions scheduling the scheduling cell.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for blind decode and control channel element counting on a secondary cell. An example method may include receiving, from a network entity, signaling configuring the UE with a search space (SS) set on a primary cell (PCell) and a common search space (CSS) set on at least a first secondary cell (SCell). The method may also include monitoring at least one of the first SCell, the PCell, or a second SCell based on a count associated with a set of candidates for the CSS set on the first SCell against a number of PDCCH candidates or a number of CCEs, the set of candidates being at least one of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates or control channel elements (CCEs).

An example method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, one or more configurations indicating wireless communication resources including at least one of a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWP) or a plurality of component carriers (CCs); receiving, from the base station, control signaling indicating a scheduling offset to communicate with the base station via at last one of the BWPs within at least one of the CCs; determining a value of the scheduling offset based at least in part on a minimum scheduling offset value; and taking at least one action in response to the determination.
