摘要: In one aspect of the invention, a dye sensitized solar cell has a counter-electrode including carbon-titania nanocomposite thin films made by forming a carbon-based ink; forming a titania (TiO2) solution; blade-coating a mechanical mixture of the carbon-based ink and the titania solution onto a substrate; and annealing the blade-coated substrate at a first temperature for a first period of time to obtain the carbon-based titania nanocomposite thin films. In certain embodiments, the carbon-based titania nanocomposite thin films may include solvent-exfoliated graphene titania (SEG-TiO2) nanocomposite thin films, or single walled carbon nanotube titania (SWCNT-TiO2) nanocomposite thin films.

The dispersant is soluble in the solvent and the thickener is insoluble in the solvent.

摘要: Disclosed is a photovoltaic-electrochromic-battery all-in-one device in which the functions of a dye-sensitized solar cell, an electrochromic device, and a lithium secondary battery are fused into one device. The all-in-one device according to the disclosure includes a photoelectrode uses as an active layer of a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC), a counter electrode used as an electrochromic layer opposite to the photoelectrode, and an electrolyte containing a lithium salt. The all-in-one device according to the disclosure allows the function of the DSSC that generates electrons by receiving solar energy, the function of an electrochromic device (ECD) that blocks light by discoloring an electrode with generated electrons, and the function of a lithium secondary battery (LIB) that stores generated electrons and uses the stored electrons again to be all implemented by one device.

摘要: The teachings herein pertain to hole transporting compounds containing a cyclobutyl moiety, which can be made into organic hole conductors and into hole transporting material. Additionally, optoelectronic and photoelectrochemical devices comprising such hole transporting material or hole transporting compound are described, in particular photovoltaic devices, organic-inorganic perovskite films, layered photovoltaic devices, p-n heterojunctions, dye-sensitized solar cells, organic solar cells and solid-state solar cells. Notably, a fabricated perovskite solar cell module using a disclosed HTM compound exhibited a record efficiency over 19.0% with an active area of 30.24 cm2.

摘要: Provided is a solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell module includes a substrate; and conductive layers arranged on a surface of the substrate and separated from each other. Solar sub-cells are provided on a surface of the conductive layer. Grooves are provided between adjacent solar sub-cells to separate the solar sub-cells from each other. Each of the solar sub-cells includes a hole transport layer, a perovskite layer and an electron transport layer that are stacked on the surface of the conductive layer. The hole transport layer of each solar sub-cell includes branch electrodes separated from each other. Each of the branch electrodes contacts an interior of the conductive layer. The solar cell module further includes an electrode. The electrode successively passes through the electron transport layer and the perovskite layer and is connected to the branch electrodes.
