摘要:
A jacquard thread-guide bar (2) for warp knitting textile machines, comprising a supporting body (7) pro vided with a plurality of housing seats (5) configured and arranged so as to engage each removably a mounting body (6) of a single piezoelectric actuator (3) and to carry out an individual removable mounting of the single piezoelectric actuator (3) onto said supporting body (7), the housing seats (5) extending perpendicularly to the main longitudinal extension of the bar (2) and being configured and arranged so as to guide the sliding of the mounting body (6) between a mounting position and a disengaged position.

The present invention presents a connective knitting method of tape-shaped knit ends capable of joining the end portions nearly simultaneously when knitting a tape or rope and a tape-shaped knit fabric having the end portions linked in a knit state, which comprises two pieces of tape-shaped knit fabric knitted by an arbitrary number of needles in different ranges across the boundary in the longitudinal direction of the needle beds disposed at least in a pair of front and rear sides, wherein symmetrical loops of the final course of both knit fabrics across the boundary are overlaid and knitted by binding off.
摘要:
A textile material for supplying parallel threads to a machine for manufacturing two-dimensional textile fabrics. The material is loosely woven and has a low number of withdrawable weft loops 3 per unit length. Immediately prior to entering an end-product machine weft thread 2 is withdrawn to the side, so that the remaining group 1 of threads enters the machine. The material passes over braked rollers 31,32 and a bar 35. Retainer stitches 7 are unravelled and the weft thread 2 is passed through a guide 55 onto a transport device 57.

A fabric is produced in a stitch-through type machine such as a Malimo maching using the apparatus and method of the invention which has at least two warp yarn design elements laid on a flexible substrate (e.g., a layer of textile filling elements) along rectilinear or non-rectilinear paths and on which a plurality of adjacent design elements are twisted (e.g., symmetrically at 180.degree. per twist) in an aesthetically pleasing configuration at spaced intervals along the warp direction. The design elements are bound to the substrate by knitting thread which forms a multiplicity of warpwise loop chains (e.g., a half-tricot stitch) to secure the substrate and design elements against relative displacement and to form thereby an integrated fabric structure. The apparatus for guiding the warp yarn design elements onto the flexible substrate in a twisted and aesthetically pleasing configuration at spaced intervals along the warp direction includes at least one shaft rotatable about its longitudinal axis to which is joined a guide bar having a number of spaced-apart warp yarn guides. The apparatus is adapted to be mounted on the machine for rotation of the shaft about its axis in synchronization with reciprocal linear movement of the shaft along said axis. In the present method of producing the fabric, a plurality of adjacent design elements are twisted at spaced time intervals by means of the herein disclosed apparatus at a location upstream from the point at which the substrate and design elements are joined by the knitting thread.

The hook needle type knitting machine for the manufacture of ribbons comprises weft thread guiding means which include a pair of vertically movable side plates which support for axial movement at least one bar supporting the weft guides. The bar has a circular cross-section and is protected against inflections and rotation about its axis by an intermediate clamping member and a guiding rod slidably passing through a side plate. The guiding rod is secured to the bar by clamps which act as a thrust member for driving cam mechanism of the bar. The side plates and the needle bed are driven respectively, by a linkage including a driving eccentric shaft and a connecting rod. The needle bed is supported on two pivotable arms the length of which substantially exceeds the arcuate displacement of the needles so that this displacement can be considered as rectilinear.
