摘要: An electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body, a dielectric layer disposed on a surface of the anode body, a solid electrolyte layer that is in contact with the dielectric layer, and an ion conductor that is liquid at room temperature. The solid electrolyte layer includes a conductive polymer. The ion conductor includes a solvent, an acid component, and a base component. The content proportion of the solvent in the ion conductor is more than 10% by mass and less than or equal to 60% by mass. The total content proportion of the acid component and the base component in the ion conductor is more than or equal to 40% by mass and less than 90% by mass. A melting point of the ion conductor is lower than or equal to −10° C.

摘要: An improved capacitor, and method of manufacturing the improved capacitor, is provided. The method includes deoxygenating and leaching the anode wire to produce a capacitor comprising an anode having a surface area of at least 4.0 m2/g or a charge density of at least 200,000 CV/g with the anode wire having an equivalent diameter of less than 0.30 mm extending from said anode. A dielectric is on the anode and a cathode is on the dielectric.

摘要: An electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body, a cathode body, and a conductive polymer and a liquid component that are disposed between the anode body and the cathode body. The liquid component contains an acid component, a base component, and an aromatic additive. The acid component includes at least one of an aromatic carboxylic acid and an aromatic carboxylic acid derivative. The at least one of the aromatic carboxylic acid and the aromatic carboxylic acid derivative includes at least two carboxy groups and at least one aromatic ring. A content proportion of the base component in the liquid component is more than or equal to 1% by mass. The aromatic additive includes an electron withdrawing group and an electron donating group. A content ratio of the aromatic additive contained in the liquid component is more than or equal to 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the conductive polymer.

Each condenser component includes: a porous sintered body forming an anode; an anode wire having a portion being inserted into the porous sintered body; a dielectric layer covering the porous sintered body; and a cathode portion forming a cathode. The solid electrolyte condenser includes: a spacer, which is conductive and of which two ends in the first direction Z are respectively connected with the anode wires; an anode terminal, fixed to a side of the spacer that is opposite to the two condenser components; a cathode terminal, connected with each cathode portion at the two sides in the first direction Z; a sealing resin, covering the two condenser components; and an anode connection portion, fixed at the anode terminal of the spacer and formed along the first direction Z.

摘要: A solid electrolytic capacitor comprising a capacitor element, anode lead extending from a surface of the capacitor element, an anode termination that is in electrical connection with the anode lead, a cathode termination that is in electrical connection with the solid electrolyte, and a casing material that encapsulates the capacitor element and anode lead is provided. An interfacial coating is disposed on at least a portion of the anode termination and/or cathode termination and is in contact with the casing material. The coating contains a hydrophobic resinous material and the adhesion strength of the casing material is about 5 newtons per square millimeter or more as determined at a temperature of about 23° C. and relative humidity of about 30%.
