摘要： The present invention comprises a method, apparatus, and system for modular mounting of typical pontoon or deck boat furniture and accessories including, but not limited to, seats, loungers, helm, bars, tables, fishing pedestals, sun pads storage bins, privacy curtains, lighting fixtures, and the like. The present invention allows customers to easily reconfigure the cockpit as needs or preferences change without leaving unwanted holes in the boat deck. The present invention also incorporates tool-free mounting devices arranged in a grid pattern that allows flexible placement and orientation of typical pontoon boat furniture and accessories. Further, the present invention permits streamlined manufacture by use of uniform, interchangeable inserts and modules.

摘要： A boat having a windscreen attached to the boat without the use of tools. The boat has a T-top including a canopy supported in an elevated position by an upright support fixed to the boat. A rigid boat windscreen having a plurality of clamps is mounted to the rigid boat windscreen and also mounted to the upright support. The clamps are mounted to the support manually without the use of tools and the clamps each include a mount secured to the rigid screen and a C-shaped, flexible portion connected to the mount and positioned about the support.

摘要： The present invention relates to an improved fishing seat designed to be used on a boat. The fishing seat is configured to be attached to an interior of a boat, and in one potential embodiment to a shelf/inwale of the boat. The fishing seat features a substantially rectangular backplate that is attached to the shelf and is designed to laterally move along the shelf, thereby enabling the fishing seat to lock into a desired position at any forward, amidships or aft position. A seating platform extending orthogonally from the backplate (and accessible from three sides), is used for sitting by a user for an activity such as fishing. The fishing seat can be generally folded flat when not in use to save space. A supporting plate hingedly connects a base of the backplate and a bottom surface of the seating platform.

摘要： Boats can include seating assemblies that can be configured in a variety of different arrangements. In one configuration of the seating assemblies described herein, a forward-facing seat and a rearward-facing seat are arranged back-to-back above a seat bottom. In another configuration, the seating assembly can be arranged as a forward-facing reclined seat such that a forward rotation of the forward-facing seat to a flat position with the seat bottom causes a rearward rotation of the rearward-facing seat to a reclined position. In still another configuration, the seating assembly can be configured form a reclined seat in a rearward-facing configuration.

摘要： A roller mount for seats is used in connection with a boat and a seat. First and second base slides are mounted spaced apart on a base plate. The base slides have longitudinal rack gears. First and second top slides are mounted for linear movement on the base slides in a longitudinal direction, on a plurality of rollers. A top plate is mounted on the top slides to support the seat. First and second detent plates have longitudinal top rack gears, for selective releasable engagement with the base rack gears to preclude movement of the top slides. First and second locking bars extend longitudinally adjacent the base rack gears. The top rack gears include locking slots extending longitudinally for engagement with the locking bars, to guide the top rack gears into engagement with the base rack gears. The base rack gears and the top rack gears have teeth extending upward and inward at an angle with the base plane. The downward vector force created by the angle will eliminate backlash between the locking bar and the locking slot.

Each aft-facing seat is positioned proximate to the transom and includes a seat bottom that is inclined at a downward angle in a direction extending from aft to fore, a seatback, a headrest, a seat support structure having at least one hidden compartment therein, and at least one pivot mechanism attached to the seatback and the headrest and configured to allow the seatback to move between a first position in which the seatback is capable of supporting the back of a person seated in the seat and a second position in which the seatback is pivoted upwardly to allow access to the compartment and the headrest to move between an upright position and a folded position. A plurality of handles may be provided for each aft-facing seat, with one at an outboard side and another at an inboard side.
