Abstract: Disclosed is a GOA driving circuit. In screen awakening stage, the first global control signal (Gas1) controls the twelfth thin film transistor (T12) to be activated for realizing the All Gate On function, and meanwhile controls the eleventh thin film transistor (T11) to be activated to pull down the voltage level of the second node (P(n)); in reset stage, the reset signal (Reset) controls the first thin film transistor (T1) to reset the voltage level of the second node (P(n)), and to set the duration of the single pulse of the reset signal (Reset) to be at least the sum of durations of initial pulses of the first, second clock signals; in touch scan stage, the second global control signal (Gas2) controls the thirteenth thin film transistor (T13) to be activated to make the output ends of the GOA units of the respective stages output composite signals (CS).

Abstract: A MOG circuit and a display panel are provided. The MOG circuit controls the current-stage MOG circuit through the first node signal to block the input of the MUX signal. At the same time, the MOG circuit controls the current-stage MUX circuit through the second node signal such that the voltage level of the scan signal is pulled down to the voltage level of the first low voltage level signal. Abstract: The present invention teaches a Gate Driver on Array (GOA) circuit for a display panel. The GOA circuit includes a first dummy GOA unit and/or a second dummy GOA unit not connecting scan lines of the display panel's active area, and normal GOA units connecting scan lines of the active area. The normal GOA units are cascaded into a chain. The first dummy GOA unit is cascaded to a first normal GOA unit of the chain and/or the second dummy GOA unit is cascaded to a last normal GOA unit of the chain. A start signal of the display panel's vertical scanning as a cascaded signal is input into the first dummy GOA unit and/or the second dummy GOA unit. The GOA circuit excludes the line of afterimage from the active area, thereby allowing the fast black frame insertion after abnormal shutdown.

When power is turned off, the pull-up control module controls the pull-up output module to stop outputting the clock signal, the pull-down control module controls the pull-down output module to stop outputting the low potential signal, the first global control module outputs the high potential signal, the reset module stops outputting the reset signal, and the second global control module stops outputting the low potential signal. Generation of the residual image on the liquid crystal screen is prevented when power is turned off.

Abstract: A GOA circuit, a display device, and a driving method of GOA circuit are disclosed. A N-th level GOA unit is configured for charging the N-th level horizontal scanning line (G(N)) within a display area of the display device. The N-th level horizontal scanning line (G(N)) connects to GAS. In response to the GAS, the horizontal scanning lines corresponding to all of the GOA units are in a charging state. In this way, the horizontal scanning lines at each level are connected to the GAS, such that when the GAS are valid, the corresponding horizontal scanning line at each level are in the charging state of in an on-state so as to realize the All Gate On function.

Abstract: A gate on array (GOA) circuit for used in an LCD includes GOA units connected in cascade. An Nth GOA unit includes an Nth stage-transmittance circuit, an Nth Q-node controlling circuit, an Nth P-node controlling circuit, an Nth outputting circuit, and a first switch circuit where N is a positive integer. The first switch circuit connected to the Nth scanning line, for inputting an enabling signal to the Nth scanning line before the LCD shows images so as to turn on a TFT in a pixel which the Nth scanning line is connected to. The benefit of the function is that the display does not leak electricity when the black screen is woken up and that the stability of the circuit is enhanced at the same time.
