Abstract: The invention provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display panel. The array substrate includes a substrate, a buffer layer, an active layer, a first insulating layer, a gate electrode, a second insulating layer, a touch signal line, a source and drain electrode, a touch signal line, a source and drain electrode, a first electrode, a planarization layer, and a second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are respectively connected to one of the drain electrode and the touch signal line. Thus, photomask processes can be reduced, and production cycle can be shortened.

Abstract: This invention provides a GOA circuit comprising m cascaded GOA units. An n-th GOA unit includes an output control module, a forward/backward scanning control module, a node signal control module, a second pull-down circuit, a first pull-down circuit and a pull-up circuit. The forward/backward scanning control module control the GOA circuit to perform a forward or a backward scanning. The output control module controls an output of an n-th gate driving signal. The first pull-down circuit comprises a seventh thin film transistor. The second pull-down circuit comprises a fifth thin film transistor. The node signal control module control the fifth thin film transistor. The pull-up circuit includes an eighth thin film transistor. After the LCD panel is powered off, the second global control signal becomes a low level. This invention can eliminate a ghost image in the LCD panel when electricity is powered off, and improve user experience.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a GOA circuit, a driving method thereof and a liquid crystal display device. The GOA circuit comprises a plurality of GOA units connected in cascade, wherein the N-stage GOA unit comprises a N-stage stage circuit, a N-stage Q point control circuit, a N-stage P point circuit, a N-stage output circuit and a switch circuit. The switch circuit is connected to the N-stage scan line for sending a turn-on signal to the N-stage scan line before the liquid crystal display device displays an image such that the thin-film transistor in the pixel connected to the N-stage scan line turns on. The disclosure may turn on the gate of each pixel when the display device is waken from the black screen to prevent the electricity leakage when the display device is wakened from the black screen, and may also increase the stability of the circuit.

Abstract: The invention disclosure a GOA circuit and a liquid crystal display. The GOA circuit including an electrical potential pull-down controlling circuit and a plurality of GOA sub circuits in cascade connection, the electrical potential pull-down controlling circuit comprising a first voltage limited transistor, a second filter transistor and a third transistor. The first voltage limited transistor, and the second filter transistor a reconnected in series and between the output terminal of the initial scanning signal, STV signal and the control terminal of the third transistor, the control terminal of the first voltage limited transistor and the first terminal of the third transistor is connected to the first power terminal and the second terminal of the third transistor is connected to the GOA sub circuit. By this design, the damage from the large static electricity to the GOA sub circuit can be avoided.

Abstract: Disclosed is a GOA circuit. By locating the thirteenth thin film transistor (T13) coupled with the tenth thin film transistor (T10) in series and controlled by the Mth clock signal (CK(M)) in the output module (400) of the nth stage GOA unit, as entering signal interrupt and performing touch scan, the output competition of the output ends (G(n)) can be prevented; by locating the twelfth thin film transistor (T12) controlled by the global control signal (Gas) in the output end pull-down module (600), and by setting the composite signal (CS) to be the pulse signal consistent with the touch scan signal as entering signal interrupt and performing touch scan, the twelfth thin film transistors (T12) of the GOA units of all stages can be activated, and the output ends of the GOA units of all stages outputs the composite signal (CS) consistent with the touch scan signal (TP).

In screen awakening stage, the first global control signal (Gas1) controls the twelfth thin film transistor (T12) to be activated for realizing the All Gate On function, and meanwhile controls the eleventh thin film transistor (T11) to be activated to pull down the voltage level of the second node (P(n)); in reset stage, the reset signal (Reset) controls the first thin film transistor (T1) to reset the voltage level of the second node (P(n)), and to set the duration of the single pulse of the reset signal (Reset) to be at least the sum of durations of initial pulses of the first, second clock signals; in touch scan stage, the second global control signal (Gas2) controls the thirteenth thin film transistor (T13) to be activated to make the output ends of the GOA units of the respective stages output composite signals (CS).

Abstract: A GOA circuit and a liquid crystal device (LCD) are disclosed. The GOA circuit includes a plurality of GOA units and a control module. Each of the cascaded GOA units is configured for charging corresponding horizontal scanning lines within a display area when being driven by a first level clock, a second level clock, a first control clock, and a second control clock. After the horizontal scanning lines are fully charged by the GOA circuit, the control module is configured for resetting the gate driving signals to be at the first level, i.e., the invalid level, via the turn-on pulse signals and the negative-voltage constant-voltage source.
