Abstract: An image processing method includes: obtaining DCE magnetic resonance images corresponding to a plurality of time points for a same detection target; determining average pixel grayscale values of images of a same lesion region in the DCE magnetic resonance images of the plurality of time points respectively; determining a time to peak according to the average pixel grayscale values corresponding to the plurality of time points; and generating a first-stage time-intensity image before the time to peak and a second-stage time-intensity image after the time to peak respectively according to the DCE magnetic resonance images and the time to peak. The first-stage time-intensity image and the second-stage time-intensity image are 3D images. A pixel grayscale value of each pixel in the first-stage time-intensity image and the second-stage time-intensity image represents a change rate of blood supply intensity and reflects a severity level of a lesion corresponding to the lesion region.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose methods, systems, and devices for image region localization and medical image processing. In one aspect, a method comprises acquiring three-dimensional images of a target body part of a patient. The three-dimensional images comprise a plurality of magnetic resonant imaging (MRI) modalities. The method comprises registering a first image set of a first modality with a second image set of a second modality. After the registering, image features of the three-dimensional images are extracted. The image features are fused to obtain fused features. The method also comprises determining voxel types corresponding to voxels in the three-dimensional images according to the fused features. The method also comprises selecting, from the three-dimensional images, target voxels having a preset voxel type, obtaining position information of the target voxels, and localizing a target region within the target body part based on the position information of the target voxels.

Abstract: An image splicing method includes obtaining a first overlapping image and a second overlapping image from a first image and a second image to-be-spliced. The method also includes determining a motion vector from each pixel in the first overlapping image to a corresponding pixel in the second overlapping image, to obtain an optical flow vector matrix; according to the optical flow vector matrix, remapping the first overlapping image to obtain a first remapping image, and remapping the second overlapping image to obtain a second remapping image; and merging the first remapping image and the second remapping image, to obtain a merged image of the first overlapping image and the second overlapping image, and determining a spliced image of the first image and the second image according to the merged image.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method performed by a sender network adapter associated with a sender server. Abstract: A video data processing method is provided. In the method, video features of a target video are acquired. The video features include background features and key part region features. An expected quality of a key part of the target video is acquired. The expected quality of the key part corresponds to an image quality of the key part in a transcoded target video after the target video is transcoded. A background prediction transcoding parameter of the target video is determined based on the background features and an expected quality of a background. The expected quality of the background corresponds to an overall image quality of the transcoded target video. A target transcoding parameter prediction value is determined based on the background features, the key part region features, and the background prediction transcoding parameter. The target video is transcoded according to the target transcoding parameter prediction value.

Abstract: A video transcoding method is provided for a video transcoding device. The method includes obtaining a video sequence in source video data, which comprises a plurality of video sequences arranged in a sequence arrangement order; obtaining a source video frame in the video sequence; and obtaining a first ratio of a sum of absolute transformed differences of an initial frame in the video sequence to a bit rate of the video sequence. The method also includes adjusting a quantization parameter of the source video frame based on the first ratio; encoding the source video frame based on an adjusted quantization parameter to obtain a target video frame; replacing the source video frame with the target video frame to obtain a video sequence after the replacement; and adding the video sequence after the replacement to target video data according to the sequence arrangement order.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides technical solutions for improving facial image capturing, recognition, and authentication, including: collecting a face image in response to a facial scan instruction (e.g., for facial recognition) using a camera of a mobile terminal; calculating a measure of image brightness (e.g., a luminance value) of the collected face image; enhancing, when a value of the measure of image brightness of the collected face image is less than a first preset threshold, luminance of light that is emitted from a display of the mobile terminal to a target luminance value, and re-collecting a face image using the camera of the mobile terminal and calculating a corresponding value of the measure of image brightness for the re-collected face image; and performing, when the value of the measure of image brightness of the re-collected face image falls within a preset value range, facial recognition based on the re-collected face image.
