    Abstract: An electroluminescent device comprising a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other, an emission layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and including at least two light emitting particles, a hole transport layer disposed between the first electrode and the emission layer, and an electron transport layer disposed between the emission layer and the second electrode, wherein the electron transport layer comprises an inorganic layer disposed on the emission layer, the inorganic layer comprising a plurality of inorganic nanoparticles; and an organic layer directly disposed on at least a portion of the inorganic layer on a side opposite the emission layer, wherein a work function of the organic layer is greater than a work function of the inorganic layer.

    Abstract: An electronic device that interacts with a head mounted display (HMD) device is provided. The electronic device includes a communication interface, a memory, a display, and at least one processor electrically connected to the communication interface, the memory, and the display. The at least one processor is configured to receive an event signal related to sharing of contents with at least one external device or receive request information related to sharing of contents from the at least one external device through the communication interface, identify attribute information of the at least one external device, convert a format of some of one or more contents, which are stored in the memory, such that the format of one or more contents corresponds to the identified attribute information, and transmit the contents to the at least one external.

    Abstract: A quantum dot device including an anode; a cathode disposed substantially opposite to the anode; a hole injection layer disposed on the anode between the anode and the cathode; a hole transport layer disposed on the hole injection layer between the hole injection layer and the cathode; and a quantum dot layer disposed on the hole transport layer between the hole transport layer and the cathode, wherein the quantum dot layer includes a plurality of quantum dots, wherein the hole transport layer includes a hole transport material and an electron transport material, and wherein a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the electron transport material and a lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the quantum dot layer is about 0.5 electron volts or less.
