An electronic device includes: a near field communication (NFC) circuit; at least one processor operatively connected to the NFC circuit; and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the electronic device to: receive, via the NFC circuit from an external electronic device, an NFC application identifier (ID), identify a subscriber identity module (SIM) profile, from among a plurality of SIM profiles, that corresponds to the NFC application ID, and perform, via the NFC circuit, an NFC communication with the external electronic device based on the identified SIM profile.

The electronic device includes identifying whether each of one or more neural network models included in a first external device is suitable for hardware of the electronic device and whether each of the one or more neural network models identified as suitable for the hardware of the electronic device is suitable to replace the neural network models included in the electronic device, based on first device information on a hardware specifications of the electronic device, second device information on a hardware specification of the first external device, first model information on the one or more neural network models included in the first external device, and second model information on the one or more neural network models included in the electronic device.

A display device is disclosed. The disclosed display device comprises a display, a communication unit, a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores instructions configured such that the processor: controls the communication unit, thereby allowing a request instruction, for requesting transmission of an image obtained using a camera included in a refrigerator, to be transmitted to the refrigerator when receiving an input for requesting information related to the refrigerator; controls the communication unit, thereby receiving at least one image from the refrigerator through the communication unit in response to the request instruction, obtaining first information related to the names of food ingredients according to recognition of food ingredients included in the at least one image, transmitting to first information to a server, and receiving cooking broadcast content obtained by the server; and controls the display so as to display the cooking broadcast content and the image together, wherein the cooking broadcast content can be obtained by the server using the first information and second information related to cooking information recognized from media content prestored in the server. In addition, at least a portion of the server can use a rule-based model or an artificial intelligence data recognition model learned according to at least one of machine learning, a neural network, or a deep learning algorithm. The rule-based model or the artificial intelligence data recognition model can estimate the cooking broadcast content by using food ingredient information as an input value.

The present disclosure relates to a technology related to a Sensor Network, Machine to Machine (M2M), Machine Type Communication (MTC), and Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure is applied to intelligent services, based on the technology, for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail business, security, safety-related services, or the like. In accordance with an example aspect of the present disclosure, a method of displaying augmented reality content in an electronic device is provided. The method includes: receiving sensor data from a specific sensor node outside the electronic device; obtaining image information from an image taking unit comprising imaging circuitry such as, for example, and without limitation, a camera, camcorder or the like, configured to generate image information; generating augmented reality content based on the sensor data and the image information; and displaying the augmented reality content.

The present disclosure relates to techniques for a sensor network, machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, machine type communication (MTC), and Internet of things (IoT).
