Abstract: A washing machine having a centrifugal fan which may increase a discharge flow rate. The washing machine includes a centrifugal fan adapted to cool a motor, wherein the centrifugal fan comprises a circular plate connected to a shaft of the motor, and a plurality of blades radially arranged around a center of the circular plate, each of the blade includes an inlet portion extending to form an inlet for external air passing therethrough, and a guide bent and inclined from the inlet portion, and an outlet portion bent from the guide to form an outlet for the external air.
