    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel which includes a first area and a second area; and a sensor device which overlaps the first area in a thickness direction of the display panel. The display panel includes first sensor electrodes in the first area and second sensor electrodes in the second area, and a shape of a first sensor electrode of the first sensor electrodes is different from a shape of a second sensor electrode of the second sensor electrodes.

A second electrode is disposed on the first electrode and the pixel definition layer. An organic emission layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A planarization layer is disposed on the second electrode. A low refractive index layer is disposed on the planarization layer and overlaps the pixel definition layer. A high refractive index layer is disposed on the planarization layer and overlaps the second electrode. The high refractive index layer has a higher refractive index than that of the low refractive index layer.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, first electrodes disposed on the substrate, a pixel defining layer disposed on the substrate and exposing at least a part of the first electrodes, a second electrode disposed on the first electrodes and the pixel defining layer, an organic light emitting layer disposed between the first electrodes and the second electrode, a thin film encapsulation layer disposed on the second electrode, barrier ribs disposed on the thin film encapsulation layer, the barrier ribs overlapping the pixel defining layer between two adjacent ones of the first electrodes, and a planarization layer disposed on the thin film encapsulation layer and the barrier ribs, and having a refractive index higher than that of the barrier ribs. Each of the barrier ribs has a closed loop shape that encloses one of the two adjacent ones of the first electrodes in a plan view.
