    Abstract: A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a substrate that includes a display area and a peripheral area around the display area; a plurality of data lines on the substrate; and a crack sensing line disposed in the peripheral area and that is connected to a first data line of the plurality of data lines, where the crack sensing line includes a first layer disposed under an insulating layer and a second layer disposed on the insulating layer, the first layer and the second layer each include overlapping parts where the first layer and the second layer overlap via the insulating layer, and a voltage applied to the first layer and a voltage applied to the second layer have different magnitudes.

    Abstract: Provided are a display device. The display device comprises: a display unit defined by a display area and a non-display area located outside the display area, and including pixels arranged in the display area, first sensing wirings electrically connected to the pixels, and auxiliary voltage wirings electrically separated from the pixels; and a sensing unit electrically connected to the first sensing wirings, wherein the first sensing wirings and the auxiliary voltage wirings extend in a first direction and are sequentially arranged along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction at first intervals, the first sensing wirings are spaced apart from each other along the second direction at second intervals greater than the first intervals and are electrically separated from each other, and the auxiliary voltage wirings are electrically connected to each other.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate which includes a display area and a non-display area, a pixel unit which is provided in the display area and includes a plurality of pixel columns, and data lines which are respectively connected to the pixel columns and apply data signals to the pixel columns. The non-display area includes a fanout area, a bent area, and a pad area which are sequentially arranged. The respective data lines are disposed on different layers in the fanout area and the pad area. A resulting display device can reduce resistance deviation between data signals in a first data line and a second data line, thereby reducing vertical line defects.

    Abstract: A display device including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The non-display area includes a test data line (TDL) which receives a test data signal from an external source, a plurality of connection line units (CLUs) which connect the data lines and the TDL, and a dummy line unit which is formed in the non-display area. Each of the CLUs includes a test switch having an input terminal connected to the TDL, an output terminal connected to one of a plurality of data lines disposed in the display area, and a control terminal connected to a test switch control line which receives a test switch control signal from an external source.
