    摘要: A display device having a long lifetime is provided. The display device includes a first light-emitting device and a second light-emitting device. The first light-emitting device includes a first electrode and a common electrode. The second light-emitting device includes a second electrode and a common electrode. The electron-transport layer includes a first region and a second region which differ in a concentration of the first substance.

The electron-transport layer contains a fifth compound. The first compound has a property of accepting electrons from the second compound. The second compound has a HOMO level higher than or equal to −5.7 eV and lower than or equal to −5.4 eV. The fifth compound has a HOMO level higher than or equal to −6.0 eV and an electron mobility higher than or equal to 1×10{circumflex over ( )}−7 cm{circumflex over ( )}/Vs and lower than or equal to 5×10{circumflex over ( )}−5 cm{circumflex over ( )}/Vs when the square root of electric field strength [V/cm] is 600.

    摘要: An object is to provide a novel composition for an EL device. Another object of one embodiment of the present invention is to provide a composition for an EL device capable of easily manufacturing an EL device with stable characteristics. Another object of one embodiment of the present invention is to provide a composition for an EL device capable of manufacturing an EL device with stable characteristics at low cost. The present inventors have studied a composition for an EL device in which different substances are mixed in advance and which does not cause change in characteristics of the EL device even when evaporation is repeated with use of the composition. As a result, a composition for an EL device in which a difference in the 5% weight loss temperature under a pressure lower than or equal to 0.1 Pa between contained substances is less than or equal to 50° C. is provided.

    摘要: A thin imaging device including a light source is provided. The imaging device includes a light-emitting device which emits infrared light. Infrared light emitted by the light-emitting device and reflected by a subject is received by a photoelectric conversion device included in a pixel circuit. Since an EL element is used as the light-emitting device, a thin imaging device with a light source can be formed. A pixel circuit utilizing an oxide semiconductor transistor having a property of low off-state current is used, whereby image capturing by a global shutter method is possible and a distortion-free image can be obtained even when the subject is moving.
